Ekpa, Stanley Ekpa is a lawyer, nation builder and public intellectual.
He is the Principal Partner of Plan Partners. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nigerian Corruption Cases Law Report and the Nigerian Code of Conduct Law Report. Ekpa is a lawyer with practice interest in anti-graft, constitutional, public policy, governance, democratic and development laws.
Ekpa is an alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru (where he completed the Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course 42); holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
He publishes on different national dailies including ThisDay, Nation, Sun, DailyTrust, Blue Print, Vanguard and Independent Newpapers.
Jamila Mohammed Dahiru

Jamila Mohammed Dahiru is a lecturer with Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State, She is currently a PhD student with Bayero University, Kano and a fellow with Centre for Leadership Strategy and Development. Dahiru shares expanse of research prowess across different fields including Development Communication and Community Engagements. She has over 20 academic articles and chapters published in peer-reviewed journals and books and has served as a research consultant for various local and international organisations including Options, FCDO - Lafiya Project Reboot, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USAID, Reboot and Public and Private Development Centre (PPDC). Jamila is a winner of Open Contracting Society/HIVOS and Kaduna State 2020 Education grants.

Muazu Shehu

Dr Muazu Shehu, is the Director-General, Research & Documentation in the Office of the Executive Governor of Gombe State. He is also an Associate Professor of Environmental Sociology at the Gombe State University. A multidisciplinary social scientist and development policy specialist, he was the pioneer Programme Coordinator of the Gombe Goes Green environmental restoration programme. Before he joined the Gombe State Government in 2020, Dr Shehu was a Research Fellow at the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society, Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich in Germany. He received his BSc and MSc from the Ahmadu Bello University and Bayero University, Nigeria, respectively. He obtained his PhD in sociological studies from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Sustainability and Development Research Network University of Michigan, the American Academy of Religion, the British Sociological Association and International Sociological Association.

Saied Tafida has over 15 years of experience researching new ways to redefine policy formulation around Public finance management, participatory governance and strengthening communities. He co-founded several NGOs and CBOs, including Transparency in Totality- FollowTaxes, mobilising citizens and governments toward effective public finance management and open governance. Saied Tafida is among the Open Government global leaders network. His contributions continuously strengthen civil societies towards transparency and accountability for effective service delivery.
