TEDxAlQassaa focuses on the development of the local communities after the crisis, the speakers share their ideas, thoughts, experiences, and inspiration with the local community which they are a part of it. Moreover, TEDxAlQassaa supports the inclusive community by providing the needed location for the event, training, and meetings to be flexible for disabled people. Furthermore, the disabled are a part of TEDxAlQassaa team and speakers with three speakers (deaf, blind, and wheelchair user) who have experiences in different fields and faced huge challenges, and volunteers to transfer the event for disabled in the audience who are very welcomed to join. Nevertheless, all the speeches are being translated live to sign language during the event.

Christina Al-Samour

High school student and debater
- A young Syrian woman, studying at the First High School of Excellence in As-Suwayda. - Debater, and a discussion director. - Interested in delivering speeches and teaching public speaking skills to young people. - Volunteer with several non-profit organizations, seeking to be positive local change-makers.

Fatima Rezg

Dentist
- She holds a license in dentistry from the University of Damascus, an MBA, and she is a lecturer at Al Furat University. - Director of a medical center that is the most comprehensive of its kind in the Eastern Province. - A Member of the Syrian Medical Association, and a member of the Swedish Association for Consultations. - Previously worked with an initiative seeking to enhance the skills of the blinds.

Malik Soliman

A content creater, a person of determination (special visual needs).
- A person of determination (special visual needs). - Founder of “Braille” team to integrate the blind and enable them to enter the Labor market. - University student, majoring in psychology and business administration. - A Content creator on YouTube, own the prize of the next Arab millionaire grant for content creators. - Received the award for the best content creator to reduce violence in Syria.

Mohammed Hayyan Alsibai

Proffessor in informatics engineering, specializing in artificial intelligence and computer vision
- Holds a Ph.D. in informatics engineering, specializing in artificial intelligence and computer vision, from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. - Head of the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering in a Syrian private university. - Lecturer at the Virtual University - Tishreen University. - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Syrian Association for Scientific Research and Publishing.

Mona Omki

A person of determination (uses wheelchair), and an activist in supporting people of determination
- An activist in promoting and developing the idea of integrating, supporting, and employing people of determination, and has been using a wheelchair since childhood. - An institution for its own initiative to support and empower people of determination through practical training courses. - She has been working in the field of customer service and social media management with a private Syrian company for more than five years. - Winner of the Ten Most Distinguished Youths competition around the world TOYP, in the field of humanitarian and voluntary work. - Certified trainer from Kingston University in Britain, and a consultant in the field of training for dealing with people of determination in the labor market.

Nour Jebili

A Pharmacist, lecturer, and community activist
- Pharmacist, drug control specialist. - A lecturer at the College of Pharmacy at Al-Baath University, a scientific researcher and a participant in scientific lectures. - Active in many initiatives and activities in partnership with local organizations to empower and support children and youth. - Works in the field of pharmaceutical marketing.

Rasha Khazem

- Director of the “Creadeaf” team that aims to support and empower the deaf within the community. - A sign language trainer within many organizations working with the deaf. - A member of the UNDP “Shababek” Program, which aims to support initiating youth and people of influence in the Arab region.
