Have you ever seen an aurora? The shimmering light danced around in the air, illuminating the sky with magic. It is actually a result of the collision of ions and atoms, causing a ring of light in the air like gently blowing curtains. The change in color of these auroras occurs due to small changes in the process. You see how these small changes result in the staggering array of colors blue, green, yellow, and red shape-shifting halos.

You can tutor yourself to pay attention to tiny details and that is when you consciously see every little thing required to build something. This is how you stand out from everyone. You become the “pearl in the ocean”. Unlike precious rocks and millions of other things embedded in the ocean, the pearl emerges from just an oyster, yet leaves its impression in the raging sea. Ayush Prasad

Ayush Prasad has proved that there is no short – cut to success. Ayush’s strong determination led him to become an IAS officer. Becoming an IAS officer was the result of his, true struggle and hardwork. Ayush Prasad has secured the AIR 24th in the Civil Services Examination. Ayush had earlier worked with the biggest company in India- TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) Innovation Labs where he was part of a team that developed four patents, including mobile wallets. He has also been part of Young India Fellowship (YIF) where he won full scholarship and completed one-year programme in leadership and liberal arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He has also written for various media including All India Radio. Ayush also worked with the largest Financial Services Organisation – The State Bank of India Group as a Deputy Manager. He has also worked as intern for National Rural Livelihoods Mission at Karnur in Andhra Pradesh and Rae Bareilly in UP.

Ayush Charagh is an Indian poet and performer. His book Hanuman Shatashtika got published when he was 20, for which he was awarded with "Navodit Swar Puraskaar" at Badaun Mahotsav in year 2014. He has performed at various events including Paasbaan-e-adab & Jashn-e-adab. Some of his works are also available on India's leading website Rekhta. He has shared stages with legendary literary figures like Gopal Das Neeraj, Santosh Anand, Rahat Indori and many more. One of his editorial works “Pranay Gaan” was recently published in 2022.
