Theme: Cracks in the System

This event occurred on
October 6, 2022
Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Malaysia

With this year’s theme “Cracks in the System”, we want to take a retrospective approach to discuss whether these systems in place have served its intended purpose, and whether it will continue to do so. A timely theme that allows us to critically analyse the past in order to improve the present system.

This theme can be viewed from the perspective of highlighting a problem or recommending a solution; or both. The theme really speaks about systems built in place in the past that do not serve or contribute to modern contemporary issues, as a result, we are beginning to see the “cracks in the system”.
