Adversity is not only inevitable but also necessary if we were to aspire to become our very best selves. Facing challenges and navigating one’s way through them builds resilience capacity. Knowing that one can overcome obstacles, learn from struggles, and benefit from mistakes lays a solid foundation for success in later life. By learning to appreciate our challenges and see the opportunities in them, we take our power back from the situations and circumstances of our lives.
