Many of us desire more freedom. Many of us feel stuck, trapped and are always on the lookout for being free. It feels like being FREE depends on having more of something we do not have and less on what we have. So, we are trying to blend in by shaping our appearance, conduct, and interests to fit into the social fabric to create the “perfect life.” And, as a result, we agonize.
Through FREE, we explore ways to break FREE from internalized casteism, gender roles, ill definitions of good or bad. It makes us wonder why we act the way we do and what it means to live a life of no limits devoid of Stereotypes, inhibitions, notions, irrelevant norms, and stale ideas. The theme FREE; gets to the heart of stories where people have debunked some of the most ingrained misunderstandings, overcome self-laden limitations, given life to suppressed ideas, and taken charge of their life to discover and fulfill their greater calling. Be it by breaking the taboo and taking up roles meant for a specific gender or standing up for the way they are escaping conformity. It invites us to gain a whole new perspective on where we stand and what enables us to get to where we need to be.

Mr. Ajay has trained over 1 Lakh students and is a mentor to national and international level professional skaters along with being an ICP international skating examiner and has also been coach to the Maharashtra skaters. He is also associated with world skate and has been part of UNICEF events and Make in India initiatives.

Mr. Ashish is an accomplished writer and social activist, passionate about protecting the bio-diversity and environment. Founded in 1979, his organization Kalpavriksh works on environmental awareness and social issues with a belief that a country can develop meaningfully only when ecological sustainability and social equity are guaranteed, and a sense of respect for, and oneness with nature, and fellow humans is achieved. Mr. Ashish has also served in various committees of the Indian Government for formulating or reviewing laws such as the Biological Diversity Act & National Wildlife Action Plan, the Forest Rights Act and many more. He has been active in numerous people’s movement including the Narmada Bachao Andolan, and has authored and edited over 30 books and 600 articles. He helps coordinate the Vikalp Sangam process and the Global Tapestry of Alternatives. A keen photographer, doodler and an impassioned environmentalist, Mr. Ashish is a true inspiration for today’s generation.

Divya Goswami

Born into the family of the legendary Hindu philosopher of Vedanta, Swami Ram Tirtha, Ms. Divya was initiated into the Lucknow Gharana of Kathak and is highly trained in the traditional Indian dance form. Over the years, she has been bestowed with numerous awards and accolades, including the coveted National Award of India ‘Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Purushkar’ and the National title ‘Singar Mani’. A TEDx speaker and performer, she is empaneled with ICCR and an ‘A Grade’ Doordarshan artist. To further enhance her creativity and promote, preserve and propagate Indian Classical Arts, Ms.Divya established ‘Divyakala’, a creative venture showcasing her versatility as a dancer, teacher, storyteller, writer, compere, artist, dramatist and creative therapist. She has dedicated her life to the appreciation, preservation and proliferation of the cultural heritage of India through the various artforms and is an inspiration in true sense.

An experienced airline professional and accomplished author, she brings out the untold stories of women advancing India's Sustainable Development Goals in her book titled "She is". Ms. Elsa has always wanted to make a difference in the society and live a meaningful life while inspiring others through her actions.
