Hello ! I’m Aditi, G12 and my passport says Indian but I grew up in the UAE. Public Speaking pushes me out of my comfort zone and TEDx gives me the opportunity to explore this unfamiliar zone.
I’m Anna Szabó, a Hungarian second-year student in UWC ISAK Japan. I come from Transylvania, a multicultural gem home to the harmonious coexistence of medieval towns, castles and the lively greenery of forests. My UWC experience far away from my homeland inspired me to have a TEDx talk this year.

Hello! I’m Kampe Ishimwe Rushoka, a Rwandan feminist and a current G12 student at UWC ISAK Japan. Since I landed at UWC I have genuinely learnt the importance of understanding different cultures and spreading awareness about my own. That’s why I’ll be talking about “The Cultural misrepresentation of Africa” at this year’s TEDx event !
Hello! I’m Manami from Japan. I had participated in climate activism in Tokyo when I was 16, and I started local farming and forest project in Karuizawa after I get into ISAK. I decided to join TEDx to share idea of sustainability that changed overtime as I try different projects. Come listen to me to transform your idea of “sustainability”!
Hey, I’m Sisi, a Thai cutie. My pronouns are He/They. I grew up in Bangkok, Thailand but spent my teen years abroad. I was an exchange student in Mexico for a year and a UWC ISAK Japan scholar for three. Some facts about me are that I enjoy film and photography, I love cats and I value love and laughter.
