Right now we are encountering an era when inventions bloom rapidly, public regulations shift drastically, and people's necessities evolve in the most unthinkable way possible.

These days, uncertainty is inevitable, hence the ability to adapt fast is crucial to have. For some extreme cases, we even need to have the courage to let go of what we already had to start something new.

Learn how to encounter and solve the challenges caused by the various uncertainties that appeared before us in TEDxYouth@SWA 2022. From the most cliche problem in fighting our own self insecurities to overcoming some unpopular public opinion.

Adjie Santosoputro

Mindfulness Practitioner
A cum laude graduate of Psychology UGM that has a great interest in resting the mind, healing mental wounds, and living a happy conscious life. Adjie founded Santosha, which manages sessions and seminars related to emotional healing and living a happy life through a “mindfulness” approach. He wrote several books entitled "Sejenak Hening", "Sadar Penuh Hadir Utuh", "Merawat Bahagia", "Mengheningkan Cinta", and the most recent in 2022, "Tenang di Tengah Gelombang". Apart from regularly holding emotional healing sessions in several cities for anyone in need, Adjie also often fills sessions at a number of large companies, speaks on national TV stations, and gets an invitation to the Presidential Palace to meet President Joko Widodo to discuss the mental development of Indonesian people.

Akhyari Hananto

Founder Good News From Indonesia
Akhyari was born in Yogyakarta and started his career in banking as a Risk Management Officer at a national bank in Jakarta and continued at the Asian Development Bank based in Manila. He joined an NGO based in London, England after his hometown was hit by the 2006 earthquake. Briefly served as Director of Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance for Asia Pacific countries, and became country coordinator in Indonesia, Cambodia, and Thailand. He had served as an Economic Advisor at the United States Consulate General in Surabaya, then finally deciding to develop a social movement called GNFI, Good News from Indonesia. From GNFI, he was named the most influential netizen in Indonesia by The Marketeers magazine in 2012 and received the Indonesian Communication Award (AKI) from the Indonesian Government in 2015. He has written 9 books in Indonesian and English and was trusted to make a special book for the 50th anniversary of the Asia-Africa Conference in Bandung 2015.

Charlotte is currently an MSHS student at Sinarmas World Academy. Focusing on Business pathways, she is interested to learn through various projects, courses, and books.

Endinda Krista

Early Childhood Educator
Krista Endinda is an early childhood educator. She is from Indonesia and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Infant-Toddler & Family Engagement at Bank Street College, New York. In Indonesia, Krista partners with the Ministry of Education as a national early childhood teacher trainer. She is also a co-founder of an EdStartup called Mamaguru, where parents are mentored to be a child's first and best educator. Krista promotes progressive education, child-centered, and play-based learning in her work, where she focuses on the importance of the first three years of life.

Gisela Natalie Kasena

Sinarmas World Academy MSHS Student
Gisela is currently an MSHS student at Sinarmas World Academy. She has an interest in engineering and participates in various competitions and courses to enhance her academic profile. For her personal project, she recently built a prototype machine that is able to process water hyacinth into raw dried fiber material.

Helmy Yahya

Business Coach & Communication Specialist
Helmy Yahya is well known as the creator, producer, and presenter of more than 200 television shows in Indonesia. One of his most famous TV show is "Kuis Siapa Berani", a TV show that challenges various groups of people's global knowledge in a group and individual segment. His creativity and strong leadership also lead him as President Director of TVRI where he brought various significant changes in just 3 years. As a hardworking man, that’s always willing to give 100% to whatever challenge is given to him, he actively learns and adapts to this digital era—by recently founding R66 Media, Indonesia’s leading management agency that provides end-to-end support to creators, influencers, and brands to work and grow together in Youtube Network in Indonesia.

Indra Kusuma

Indra Kusuma is a business development professional who has passionate about nurturing startups’ ecosystems, product innovation, and helping people to scale up their digital skills for the future of work. With over a decade of experience in startups including in Grab and DANA, he is now actively involved in advising and mentoring growing startups through incubator and accelerator programs, also helping future developers to shape their professional skills at Apple Developer Academy Indonesia.

Joshua Dirga

Sinarmas World Academy MSHS Student
Joshua is currently an MSHS student at Sinarmas World Academy. He has an interest in technology and science. His last project called Edukasih, is an application able to effectively facilitate the book donations process by connecting people who have the resources (books) and the people who need them. He aims to save paper by maximizing the reutilization of books and also make education become more affordable. His project was selected as the semi-finalist for IB MYP Personal Project Student Innovator Award 2021.

Kevin Pudjiadi

Kevin is the co-founder of various projects which include Leafwell Group, SwillFam, Haluu World, Warung Om Iwan, and Donkeverse. Creating a strong team and specialising has been the core of his growth. He believes that if you want to fast, you go alone, but if you want to go far, you go together. Being a serial entrepreneur, Kevin saw the importance of being able to work in a team as a vital skill to grow. Kevin graduated from UNSW with a triple major in finance, marketing, and hospitality, but primarily focuses his work on the financial aspect.

HR Professional & Content Creator
Samuel Ray is an HR professional with a career spanning 10 years. Through his Instagram account, well known as @srl789, Samuel regularly invites netizens to share personal experiences about the world of work, starting from the difficulty of finding work, how to navigate office politics, and other intricacies of urban life. His first book titled "Lagi Probation", published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama, tells an open and simple story about the process of looking for work, as well as Samuel's initial journey as a job seeker. This book has become a national bestseller after being reprinted three times as many as 7,000 copies and occupying the chart of the top 10 bestselling books in the non-fiction category of Gramedia.

Sanandha is an MSHS student at Sinarmas World Academy. She has an interest in sociopreneurship and art. Her recent project called All Sehat, helps many poor citizens in Indonesia to get their daily needs for their health. She also created some various art and craftworks to support her sociopreneur project.
