The narrow cracks in the door, the crevices of the room, those tiny slits that let the light seep in from its tiny confines, is that how we foresee life?
To be engulfed in the abyss that holds nothing but a sea of darkness. A mundane sight with no realm of hope.
Chained. Bounded. Frozen.
To the harsh truths of society, do we swear, knowingly, unknowingly. Is speaking a language of the long left ancestor, what we need or what we deserve?
To savour metal with gritted teeth or to engulf the sky with arms open for the eternal embrace?
To dream. To live. To just let yourself be.

Parvaaz.
One word that enunciates pain and prejudice, and with a caressing touch does it propel them into a horizon of their own.

Azaad.
To tear away from the grasps and holds of society. To pull away from the suffocating clenches. To untangle the self from the prevalently strewn chains and to finally muster the courage to break free. Udd, ki pankh azaad hai tere.

Aagaaz.
Beyond the struggle to break free from the shackles constructed by society, to ascend to a horizon that awaits the free. To soar above the mountains of doubt and find the courage to follow your heart.

Aseem.
Into the skies that you wish to venture, lies your purpose, your solace and your soul, in those skies shall you hoist yourself and attain the seamlessness that completes you piece to piece, bit by bit.

To be you in the truest and freest form is what transcends the boundaries and grasps of the prevalent norms.
To breathe under a sky where the setting sun is as cherished as the darkness of the night.
To be vehemently guided to greatness.

Lakshay Jangid is a stunning bicycle and MTB stunt rider from Jaipur, who has brought numerous major medals to the country's credit. He is the first Indian MTB stunt rider to compete in the International MTB Stunt Net Championship, and he is constantly striving for the most out of himself in terms of tenacity and winning streaks. His first professional bike was the beginning of his innovation for performance. 2014 marked the start of his first championships, as well as the first time an Indian MTB stunt rider participated in the International MTB Stunt Net Championship. He always strives for the best out of himself when it comes to motivation and his winning streaks. Despite the fact that it was a risky sport, it did not dissuade him. Instead, his daring spirit experimented with new tricks and stunts, and while this resulted in mishaps, it just fueled his will to achieve. His talk was presented at a TEDx event, which was organized independently by a local community but followed the TED conference framework.

Maj Gen (Dr.) Bipin Bakshi

Maj Gen (Dr.) Bipin Bakshi, AVSM, VSM is a Scholar, Warrior, and Sportsman who has contributed massively to youth empowerment, sailing, and national security. He has four national sailing medals to his name. The winner of the Sword of Honor and Gold Medal on commissioning at IMA, Dehradun, as well as the Gold Medal at CME Pune he has had a distinguished career in the Army, UNO, and the NSG. He is a recipient of the Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) in 2004 for his service in the Kargil Sector during Operation Parakram when his unit was awarded the Army Commander’s Appreciation. He is also an accomplished Sailor with vast experience in competitive sailing and adventure sports. During his last tenure as Additional Director General (ADG) of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Northeastern Region, he pioneered the first-ever Brahmaputra Sailing Expedition – 2019, which earned a mention in the Limca Book of Records 2019. He was awarded the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) on 26 January 2021 in recognition of his dedicated service to the nation.
