In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Archit Singh

He is a modern day musician, tedious athlete, academic, a leader, and the list goes on. He loves to meet new people, listening to stories about their lives to gain new perspectives. He is also an avid motorcycle fan, who loves riding. He is a hardcore lakers fan, and his only goal in life is to live one worth telling a story about.

Ishita Gadgil

Ishita gadgil is a 17 year old, enthusiastic about design, wordplay, poetry and everything creative. She often gets lost in the deeper aspects of every day life and appreciates a good metaphor. She loves reading and is a big fan of "The Lord Of The Rings."

Jui Keskar

Jui Keskar is a 15-year-old student currently studying in 10th grade. She invented a device called JTremor3D for tremor profiling of patients of Parkinson’s Disease. The invention received many national and international accolades including Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Ignited mind award, Grand award - 3rd place in Biomedical engineering, at ISEF, conducted by Society of Science, US; Science Seed award from Shanghai Youth Science Education Society, etc. Earlier she also co-authored a research paper about impact of Covid-19 lockdown. It got published in a journal. Jui also runs ‘Beat-the-tremor’ initiative to bridge the information gap among patients in India by spreading awareness about the recent happenings in the Parkinson’s world through monthly newsletters in a few local Indian languages. Jui’s areas of interest also include Bharatnatyam, maths, guitar, and art.

Parvathy Raman

Parvathy Raman is a fourteen year old, studying in class 9 and is passionate about reading. This polyglot has recently published her debut fictional book, during the lockdown imposed due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. She will also give a general idea about her book- ‘Lockation’, that is lockdown + vacation which also touches upon the lockdown and pandemic situation. She wishes that people make books their best friends and also to learn to play with different languages, so that they too, can come up with something unique themselves.

Reva Duraphe

An avid traveller in the forests and national parks of India since she was 7, Reva is a passionate birder and wildlife enthusiast. She got interested in wildlife at the age of 4 and became a keen observer of nature. She has seen 490 species of birds in the wild in India. Her photographs have been selected to be displayed at various exhibitions. She has travelled to 18 National parks in India and has visited Kenya for its rich wildlife. Her article written on the Red Panda and birding in Singalila National Park has been selected by Sanctuary Asia and has been published in the September 2021 issue.

Shreya Patil

Shreya is a 17 year old with an undying sense of inquisitiveness about everything around her. She’s a complete movie buff, an avid reader, an amateur singer, a passionate public speaker, a two-time published poet and even an international debate winner. Apart from her hobbies, she is an active advocate for climate change and can be found looking for the latest pioneering technology in bioengineering that will restore climate justice.

Siyona Shetty

Siyona Shetty seems like an average eighth grader. Well, she is. She likes writing poetry about anything and everything she sees and knows. Because of this, she is also a firm believer in the power of art.
