Founder
Anna Buldakova is a co-founder and CEO of Vektor AI, a platform that helps people find mentors. Previously she was a Product Management Lead at Workplace by Meta, where she was supporting 6 teams working on the core product experience, and a Product Manager at Intercom, Yandex and various startups. Anna is also a product advisor for companies developing AI products and a creator of No Flame No Game, a popular blog and community about Product Development.

Antony Gordon

Chris Lovett

Chris Lovett is a minimalist, speaker, career mentor, professional executive coach, podcast host, simplicity coach, disruptive thought leader, and author of the bestselling self-sufficiency, green living and business motivation book Discovery of Less. One of the UK's only motivational speakers (and kind of a hilarious one too) on minimalism and the less is progress lifestyle. The words of his experiences have touched thousands of lives in over 50 countries and have been featured on prominent lifestyle platforms such as No Sidebar, Minimalism Life and Optimal Living Daily.

Kayne Kawasaki

Diversity and Inclusion Consultant
Kayne Kawasaki is a Cultural Commentator and UK Black History Educator from Peckham, South East London. He began his career teaching in Secondary Schools in his hometown. He has now shifted the focus of his teaching skills towards UK black history and started creating content on Tiktok. Within a year, Kayne has amassed over 400k video views collectively and has consulted for English Heritage, Notting Hill Carnival and Tiktok to name a few. Kayne has quickly become one of the go-to voices for factual, historical and statistical information regarding race relations.

Megan Reitz

Professor of Leadership and Dialogue
Megan is a Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Hult International Business School where she speaks, researches, consults and supervises on the intersection of leadership, change, dialogue and mindfulness. She is on the Thinkers50 ranking of global business thinkers and is ranked in HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers listing. She has written Dialogue in Organizations and Mind Time and her most recent book, with Financial Times Publishing, is called Speak Up which was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year 2020. She is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review and her research has recently been featured in Forbes, on the BBC, in a TEDx talk and in numerous academic and practice-based journals. Her latest research on employee activism has been nominated for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award 2021. She is a mother to two wonderful daughters who test her regularly on her powers of mindfulness and dialogue.

Michal Oshman

Head of Culture
Michal Oshman is Head of Company Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at TikTok Europe and was formerly responsible for international leadership and team development at Facebook. Throughout her career, Michal has trained and coached hundreds of tech leaders. She has three university degrees in psychodynamic and systemic thinking, sociology and anthropology.
