Student
Alexandra is a 19-year-old television presenter on the show Stay True, where she discusses various issues affecting teenage girls.

Chrispin Mumba

Community Activist
Chrispin Mumba is a first year student at Eden Univerity, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Medicine. He is passionate about community work.

Frederick Phiri

Sculptor
Fredrick is a visual artist and sculptor based in Mfuwe, a small town on the outskirts of the South Luangwa National Park in Eastern Zambia. Frederick earns a living by using his skill and creativity to turn waste material and scrap metal into sculptures and incredible pieces of art.

Joey Mukando

Social Commentator
Joey Mukando is a content creator with over 2 million views across Facebook and YouTube. He makes use of satire to address societal problems and uses observational humour as a tool for navigating myriad issues. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at the Copperbelt University with hopes of opening up his own practice in the future. Joey is also uses his platform to raise awareness about mental health.

Johnny Kalenga

Youth Activist
Johnny Kalenga is a youth activist who uses skateboarding to tackle youth delinquency in his hometown through his non-profit WeSkate Mongu. The organisation runs free skateboarding and art lessons every day. Through WeSkate Mongu, Johnny built Zambia’s first skate park, where on average 700 – 1000 children visit every week. Johnny has been nominated for several awards for most inspiring young personalities in Zambia and in Africa.

Naeem Dalal

Mental Health Specialist
Dr Naeem Dalal is a Zambian born and educated medical doctor specialised in psychiatry. He has been recognised globally and locally for his innovation in strengthening mental health and psychiatry services in Zambia. Dr Dalal serves in multiple key advisory and leadership roles in the public health sector shaping public opinion and advancing healthy lifestyles and wellbeing. Currently, his focus is inclusive accessible mental health services, promoting the anthem of 'you are more than your illness'.

Nyemba Tembo

Digital Content Creator
Nyemba Tembo is a digital content creator and social media influencer with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of the West of England. As a social media personality, she has worked with renowned companies and brands such as Amazon and Fanta Apple; as well as local companies including Royal Zambian Airlines, Discover Zambia and Gigibonta.

Susan Phiri

Albinism Awareness Advocate
Susan Phiri is an advocate for people of all ages with Albinism. She is also a model, actress, and a gospel artist. She works for the Albinism Foundation of Zambia, a non-profit that educates and raises awareness on Albinism across the country.

Tafadzwa Munzwa

Social Entrepreneur
Dr Tafadzwa Munzwa is an award-winning innovator, medical doctor, and avid researcher based at Livingstone Central Teaching Hospital in Zambia. He is the co-founder and CEO of Dawa Health, a digital health platform democratising access to maternal health. He is also co-founder and COO of Denga Logistics, a medical drone start-up that closes the medical gap by reaching the last mile in Sub-Saharan Africa. Also, Tafadzwa is a Swiss-Africa Fellow (2020), Oxford-Africa Fellow (2021), and a Tony Elemelu Entrepreneurship Programme beneficiary (2021). Through Dawa Health, he leading a team researching maternal outcomes with machine learning predictive tools.

Zoey Margret Konie-Chibula

Entrepreneur
Zoey has an academic background in Finance, Theology, Media and Leadership, and has a diverse scope of interests ranging from travel, conservation, mission work and deaf culture. She is an accountant, an entrepreneur and aspires to be a YouTube influencer and Podcaster with her channel Zoey’s Korner. In 2018, Zoey was crowned Miss Earth Air Zambia, and represented Zambia in the Miss Earth pageant. She is passionate about natural hair and women and youth issues, serving as a youth leader since 2014.
