Duende – inspired by passion, our theme for this year aims at discovering creative thoughts which have led to a paradigm shift in the mindset of people, allowing them to explore their passion in the work they do, focusing on sustainable awareness in the community. This event shall comprise of ideas distinctly certain to inspire perseverance, mindfulness and enthusiasm. This event will showcase a diverse combination of dynamic impresarios, determined go-getters and exuberant performers who have worked on their passions to give wings to their visions. Dr Sunita Gohrani

Naturopath, Nutritionist & Caregiver for Strays

Dr Sunita Gohrani, a Naturopath & Nutritionist who found her calling in serving Strays met people who felt similar love and affection which made her initiate a group called –“Feed the Soul”. From Feeding ,Vaccination, Sterilisation, adoptions, rescue and sad burials to making temporary shelters during rains, the brood is over 500 Furies and counting. This all is self-funded. She believes passion finds the means to meet needs. Heading this group, they began by collecting edible food leftovers from canteens, engaging paid feeders to ensure that stray buddies do not go hungry. Her next goal is to plan an Emergency medical and lodging facility for accident and abandoned Victims.

Dr. Aditi Deshkar & Shri. Prasad Ajarekar with Shri. Manoj Desai

Dancing Duo, Tabla maestro- Kathak Exponent, Guest performers

Dr. Aditi is a practicing Homoeopath and Sangeet Alankaar (Post graduate) in subject Kathak. Shri. Prasad Ajarekar is a Percussionist, mainly a Tabla Player. He is so passionate about music that he successfully transformed his corporate stint into his Musical career. He is Sangeet Alankar in subject Tabla and he has grabbed first rank in the entire nation for which Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya have awarded him with Awards.Prasad accompanied Dr. Aditi on stage and later they chose to become life partners.They run an Academy named Anakana Academy of Dance & Music of which Dr. Aditi is the founder and Prasad is the creative director... Prasad and Aditi have very well given justice to their passion as both have juxtaposed their Academic Career and Musical Journey artistically.They wish to contribute towards the promotion of Indian Classical Art Form.

Mr Pranav Sanghvi

Investor, Music producer, DJ, Managing Partner, Scuba Diver

Pranav is a Music Producer/DJ (Known as One&One) turned early-stage Investor. While having performed at some of India's largest Music Festivals in the past, Pranav now invests as Associate Principal at Merak Ventures & Managing Partner at The DotIn Network. Apart from work, Pranav enjoys Scuba Diving, Reading & Traveling (mostly when it's not for work). His story is a classic example of pursuing one's passion and building a career out of it. While the move from Music to Venture Capital is a Paradigm Shift, there still remains a plethora of passion in what he is pursuing presently - collaborating with early-stage Founders across the Globe.

Mr Rishabh Gupta

Business Analyst, Co- founder Oatmlk, Cyber security

Rishabh Gupta is an economics graduate from Warwick who worked in the land of suits in London and searched for purpose across varied fields of cyber security and people analytics. He hopped from part time jobs as a waiter, to a concert musician, analyst at an investment bank and even a design intern at a marketing firm, to finally coming about and listened to his gut. He traveled the world to finally return to his homeland and post two years of research and development in an alien field, co-founded an oat milk company to help everyone else listen to their guts too!

Mr Shakti Yadav

Social activist, Conservationist

Shakti Yadav a highly motivated and passionate individual with a wealth of experience in the field of Ngo’s and Social activities.He dedicated almost 3 years to this Non Profitable organization known as Buy Food With Plastic. Having completed Bachelor’s in Commerce and Master’s In Management Studies he has also worked with Aditya Birla as a Life Insurance Advisor. He has had the opportunity to work as a team leader in Goodfellows, one of the First Companionship Startup mentored by none other Sir Ratan Tata .

Mr Shariq Ashraf

Adventurer, Sky diver, Mountaineer & Entrepreneur

When not working, Shariq loves spending his time jumping out of airplanes, falling out of boats, scampering up mountains, and driving across continents. He’s travelled to all 7 continents, spent a winter near the North Pole under the Aurora Borealis, and a Summer in Antarctica swimming amidst icebergs and whales. With an MBA from Oxford, and consulting experience from BCG Australia, Shariq returned to India and along with Bhuman Dani, co-founded The Good Life Company (TGL Co.), sourcing the best teas and coffees from around the world. As an angel investor, he is excited by startups in the health and wellness space. He is currently setting up the first of its kind eco-resort near Nashik, the wine capital of India.

Mr Shubham Vanmali

International Tenzing Norgay National Award 2021 recipient, Open water swimmer, Marathon swimmer, Limca Book Record Holder

Shubham Vanmali is an acclaimed International Open Water swimmer. His drive for adventure and conquering the seas mark him as the 2 times Limca Book Record Holder. Recently decorated with the Tenzing Norgay National Award 2021, he also holds the state Shiv Chhatrapati Award. A true connoisseur of the sport he has completed over 500+ kms of International Marathon Swims and till date is the fastest Asian to swim the Strait of Gibraltar. Hoping to soon swim the distance of 413 kms from Goa to Mumbai, Shubham is all set on creating a legacy, one great wave at a time.

Mr Taronish Bulsara

Taronish Bulsara co-founded World for All Animal Care & Adoptions in 2009 while completing his Bachelor’s degree. He’s been an ardent animal lover since he was a young child and creating something to help them has been his most natural calling. Taronish is a social entrepreneur who has dedicated his life to the cause by creating an efficient organization which focuses on helping animals suffering on the streets. World for All Animal Care & Adoptions began with the aim of helping homeless animals and through years of sheer hard work, the organization has achieved many milestones that impacted lakhs of needy animals, through various programs and services focused on saving them.

Mr. Anand Sivakumaran

Director,Author, Screenwriter & Storyteller

Anand Sivakumaran has been a storyteller ever since he can remember. An alumnus of IIT Bombay, Anand dons many hats, including those of a screenwriter, an author, a director, coach as well as a showrunner. His credits include Films like Kalyug and Nazar and TV shows like The Buddy Project, Sadda Haq, Miley Jab Hum Tum, Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin etc, OTT shows like Hello Mini and Bekaboo. Anand’s first book ‘Natasha Mehra Must Die’ came out in 2019. Anand also does spontaneous storytelling for LIVE audiences, using their words, he tells them stories, making them the protagonists. He also has a storytelling podcast – The Croc’s Tales. He also trains business leaders and managers in Storytelling for Growing Business and Communication for Action.

Ms Avantika Dassani

Indian actress, Social Media Star, Literature Connoisseur,

Avantika Dassani is an Indian actress and social media star. She is the daughter of an admired Indian film actress Bhagyashree and renowned businessman Himalaya Dassani. Avantika made her acting debut in 2022 with the psychological thriller Mithya, directed by Rohan Sippy, where she shared screen space with Huma Qureshi. She is currently working on her debut Telugu film, Nenu Student Sir, which is listed to release in early 2023. When she is not working in front of the camera, Avantika likes to experience different cultures by attending spoken art and literature fests. She maintains an active lifestyle with various sports such as kickboxing, tennis, etc. Her weekends are jam-packed with art classes and volunteer sessions with Teach for India. Women's empowerment, mental health, children, and animal welfare are the causes that are close to her heart. Maanuni is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, composer, voice-over artist, and vocal coach who has been making a name for herself in the Bollywood music industry and beyond since 2015. By lending her vocals and songwriting in films like "Simran," "Antim," "Bhediya- Apna Bana Le," "Farzi- Title Track", "Ram Setu," and many more, she has established herself as a versatile artist. She has also released her own independent music and collaborated with independent artists and rappers, earning critical acclaim. Selected by AR Rahman for Nexa Music Season 2, Maanuni has also worked with renowned music directors like Sachin-Jigar, Himesh Reshammiya, and Hitesh Modak. With her exceptional talent, Maanuni continues to work towards making an impact with her music and entertaining audiences worldwide.

Ms Parul Sharma & Ms Riya Singh

Classical Dancers, Duo Dance performance

Jonaki’s Academy of Dance was founded in 2006, by Jonaki Raghavan, a performer and choreographer. The academy imparts training to several students, who participate in solo and group performances in India and abroad. Parul Sharma and Riya Singh have been trained at Jonaki’s Academy of Dance from a very early age and have won accolades during the course of their training. Both the students have been passionately pursuing the classical dance, Kathak, along with their academic pursuits in Biological Sciences and Marketing Communication respectively.

Ms Tejaswi Satpute

An IPS officer of 2012 batch Tejaswi has graduated in B. Sc. Biotechnology. Her hobbies include singing & reading. Being a native of Shevgaon, Ahmednagar, she has served as ASP at Partur, Jalna, Addl SP at Pune Rural, as SP( Technical services) at CID, DCP Traffic at Pune city, SP at Satara, SP at Solapur and is currently posted as DCP HQ2 in Mumbai commissionerate. She performs the dual role with the deftness of an artist. Her self-assurance, decision-making skills, resolve to stick with things in the face of adversity, and most importantly, her parents’ invaluable support have all contributed to her success. She had a typical upbringing and is now an inspiration to her family and community thanks to her commitment to service. She has successfully carried out the duty of maintaining law and order throughout her professional career by performing noteworthy actions in numerous capacities.
