Our AOSR students from Middle School and High School will be providing their concrete ideas on how our school and community can effectively combat climate change. They will propose actual projects that will help reduce our carbon print on the planet. The school will consider implementing one or more of the projects based on their findings and actionability.

Ahyun is a grade 11 student at AOSR and plans to offer solutions on how we can combat the climate crisis by learning and sharing knowledge on climate change and on how to take action. Creating change from a young age on how we look at the crisis.

Dhairya is a Grade 9th student whose main idea is to make large impacts with small practices rather than making small impacts with large ideas.

Lorenzo is a grade 11 student at AOSR and plans on offering botanical solutions so that school can be self-sustainable.

Lorenzo Noya

Student & Biowaste Consultant
Lorenzo is a Grade 11 student at AOSR and will present the simplicity and advantages of installing several anaerobic digestion methane generators all around our school, creating clean methane gas that could power up the kitchen and heating systems of the school.

Pietro Gazzola

Student & Avid Climate Change Activist
Pietro is a Grade 7 student at AOSR and our youngest speaker. He will provide relevant solutions to help the fight against climate change on a daily basis.
