In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Boonsiri Somchit

Co-Founder & Partner at Xtrategize Technologies Sdn Bhd, Author
I have been in the corporate world for the last 30 over years and felt that it was now time for a new career adventure. Building teams, creating great fun culture at work, watching my team members grow from being a fresh graduate to a lead, a supervisor, manager, senior manager, director and beyond gives me so much pleasure and pride, knowing that I had a hand in their career journey. That's my passion now. Being able to help others do the same but not just through face to face interaction, training, mentoring and coaching. No this is old school...I believe that we need to combine the old school (where I come from) and new age, using the power of social media and digital technology.
