TEDxYouth@ISPrague is a signature half-day event, curated by, organised by, and featuring international high-school students and select guests. Featuring a vast range of ideas, talks are suitable for mature youth and adults, and open to the public. This year's TEDx is the International School of Prague's 7th annual event. Talks are filmed live and edited by IB Film students. This year's curating team is: Jana Findlay, John Denis Jarolímek, Liz Carleton & Maria Kotova. Previous years' talk playlists can be found on the official TEDx Youtube channel under TEDxYouth@ISPrague. Videos of all talks from our current event will be available online in the following months.

Originally from India, Aadya is currently studying at the International School of Prague. She is a guitarist and aspiring composer who often listens to jazz and classical music.

Canadian chef, cookbook author
Cameron is a professional chef, author of the award-winning cookbook “Vegetarian Vietnam”, and regularly shares recipes on his Youtube channel “A Global Kitchen”.

Eldar Ulanov

multi-linguist
Originally from Kyrgyzstan, Eldar has also learned Czech and English in addition to his mother tongue, Kyrgyz. As a student in an international school in Prague, he continues to seek opportunities to develop as a communicator and community builder.

Michaela is an avid reader of fiction, from romance and fantasy to “guilty pleasure” books. She explores the different benefits of all genres of writing and hopes to inspire more people to give reading a chance and to rethink their judgments about literature.

Nicholas Márquez-Grant

forensic anthropologist, academic researcher
Nicholas is an internationally renowned forensic anthropologist with over 20 years’ experience examining human skeletal remains from prehistory to the present. He hopes to inspire young forensic anthropologists as well as educate the public on the value of remembering those whose voices we can no longer hear.

A high school student with roots in the US and the Czech Republic, Sofie hopes to become a successful CrossFit athlete.
