In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Claudia Lepage

Film producer and member of JEVA, the Venezuelan Association of Women Filmmakers.
Film producer with more than 25 years of experience. Graduated in Social Communication from the Andrés Bello Catholic University, with studies at the Media Business School, EAVE and Tribeca Film Institute. Among his produced films are: “The longest distance” (2013), winner of the Glauber Rocha Award for Best Latin American Film at the Montreal Festival des films du monde (2013) and the Platinum Award for Best First Feature (2015) , and recently, “Erase una vez en Venezuela, Congo Mirador” (2020) documentary feature film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2020, and selected to represent Venezuela at the Oscars®️ 2021 Awards. Claudia is a founding member of JEVA, the Venezuelan Association of Women Filmmakers.
