Anna Greenwald

Anna Greenwald is the Founder & CEO of On the Goga, an Organizational Wellbeing company with a simple, guiding principle: Happy People Do Great Things. Through her work she and her team help organizations and leaders translate the latest research in positive and organizational psychology into practical behaviors and policies to create happier, healthier, and more successful teams. She has had the privilege of working with organizations across the globe, including Johnson & Johnson, PwC, L’Oreal, Jet.com, and Lyft. Greenwald is a Mindfulness and Emotional Wellbeing speaker and facilitator. She currently sits on the board of Philadelphia Startup Leaders and serves as the Director of Recruitment & Professional Development for Philadelphia's Mayoral Millennial Advisory Committee.

Kara Odom Walker

Dr. Kara Odom Walker, MD, MPH, MSHS is Executive Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer for Nemours Children’s Health System. She leads Delaware Valley Primary Care, the Value Based Services Organization and the Nemours National Office of Policy and Prevention. A highly accomplished executive, family physician and scientist, she has focused her career on transforming health care delivery to achieve optimal health and health equity. She has led efforts that address critical social determinants through her career in academia, patient centered outcomes research funding, state government and health systems. Dr. Walker joined Nemours following public service to the State of Delaware as the Secretary of the Delaware Department of Health and Services (DHSS) and served in Governor Carney’s first elected term from February 2017 through 2020.

Sarah Schenck

Dr. Sarah Schenck is the medical director of Virtualist Medicine for ChristianaCare’s Center for Virtual Health. A primary care physician with a track record of driving successful clinical care transformation, Dr. Schenck is an expert in delivering whole- person, patient- centered care within a team-based setting. Under Dr. Schenck’s leadership, ChristianaCare was the first health system in Delaware to earn certification as a multi-site Patient Centered Medical Home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Dr. Schenck also has played a significant role during the COVID-19 pandemic, and currently serves as medical director for health system’s virtual COVID-19 practice, monoclonal antibodies COVID-19 treatment program, and virtual COVID-19 recovery clinic.

Vanessa Downing

Dr. Vanessa Downing is a licensed psychologist and leadership coach who specializes in centering the humanity of healthcare workers. As the director of the Center for WorkLife Wellbeing, Vanessa led a team of charged with advocating for frontline healthcare workers and empowering individuals and teams to create meaningful and lasting culture change. In 2021, Vanessa founded Congruence Coaching & Consultation to help high achievers and organizational leaders sharpen their insight, commit to values-based action, and achieve personal and professional congruence.
