Theme: Question

Mainly focused on high school students in Shenzhen, the first TEDxYouth@SZHighSchool forum sets to help and inspire young people in China who are facing both an enormous opportunity and challenge to never stop questioning, never stop learning. Our topic "Question" indicates the three types of question youth today speaks out: "Questioning self-identity" "Questioning social values" "Be questioned by elder generations".

Frank Caruso

Frank Caruso is a carpenter, a soldier, and a college basketball assistant coach who lost his career due to a team member's overdose. Frank Caruso is a lawyer, an owner of a bar and a cigar company, who used to be a COO who boosted a company's worth to 100 million dollars in three years. His life is filled with obstacles and challenges, his dream was shattered when he was young, but he stood up and survived the challenges of fate.

James is a stereotype breaker. He's Asian but he is strong and good at sports. He was once an all-state football player. He's a football player but he's smart and nice, he went to UC Berkeley. He said, everyone are born winners, don't let life teach you how to lose!

Xiao Feng

从多年的职场生涯转身成为职业公益人，在社会创新的道路上满怀理想。他曾多次赴国外考察社会企业发展，希望以可持续的模式更为有效地解决社会问题。他在深圳发起成立小鸭嘎嘎公益基金，通过策划很多富有创意的公益项目活动进行社会倡导，为帮助更多有需要的人而不遗余力。于他而言，公益是一种生活方式，同其他行业一样，都是认识和解释世界的手段。作为一名社会创业探索者，他一直都在努力寻找着自己在世界之中的位置。世界也正在被何他一样的有理想有热情人改变着。

Nico Liang

她毕业于深圳大学，就读于行政管理专业，却在大学时期与金融首次邂逅时便在心中埋下一颗梦想的种子。大学毕业后，经过几年的奋斗坐上了IBM高级销售经理的职位。在IBM工作的五年中，她对能力锻炼的执着在她身上深深扎根，但随着对销售工作的了解加深，她发现自己从事金融业的的梦想与激情从未泯灭。毅然决然，她调整姿态，重新出发。她在深圳CBD成立自己的理财公司，网罗从欧美留学归来的MBA高材生，立志予梦想予事业满腔激情。调整人生轨道，无所畏惧的追寻，她是梦想的拥护者，命运的执行人。“实现梦想没有迟到一说，因为我无法让脚步停止对梦想的追寻。”

Shanwen Luo

“在我的世界里，产生共鸣抑或是发生碰撞都能升华交流双方的思想。這就像是談情說愛，只不過對面未必坐著個你喜歡的人 。 我就這樣期待着每一个人的每一思想成果，期待着彼此世界不分彼此的交流。 “ 一無所有的我也可以給你整個世界。””

雨晞 李

当所有学生都忙着高考、忙着SAT、忙着申请国内、香港和国外名校时，李雨晞却选择了台湾辅仁大学。她对台湾的人文气息与氛围一见钟情，她拒绝了家人、朋友与同学所谓“理性的选择”，执意赴台读书。她所要分享的，便是“别做太理性的人”，教会大家，跟随自己的心。

Colin Ho

Colin is a man from the future. He's a hardware hacker and roboticist. He led the design, development and testing of the Micro Submersible Lake Exploration Device funded by the National Science Foundation and NASA. He took MSLED to McMurdo Station from Nov-Dec 2011 to conduct its first field test in Antarctica. He wants to share his experiences and his answer to the question "What's the meaning of life"

镇 雾

生于音乐世家却被告诫“千万不要走音乐道路”，找到了热爱的事业却得不到家人的支持。他省吃俭用一年买下了第一把吉他。他就是NAVY乐队的队长、吉他手兼写手、高级中学学生，雾镇。见过他、听过他故事的人都不免佩服他身上所蕴含的梦想的力量——“给我一口饭，我就能干出大事。”
