Shadaj Godhkhindi
Shadaj Godhkhindi is the son of SARIKA PRAVIN and PRAVIN
GODKHINDI, a reputed flautist of the country. Shadaj started
playing flute at the age of 3 and gave his first public performance
when he was just under 4 years. Apart from his father, his
grandfather Pandit VENKATESH GODKHINDI, an eminent and a
senior flautist of the country is training Shadaj with great love and
affection. His ability in recognition of Swaras and various Taals
and
Ragas is astonishing. His brainwork in presentation of Ragas and
Layakaari leaves music lovers spell bound.
Madhu Nataraj
Madhu is the founder Director and Choreographer of the Natya Stem
Dance Kampni. She studied Kathak from her mother, internationally
acclaimed Kathak dancer cum choreographer Guru Maya
Rao.Presented by prestigious organizations, such as the Sangeet Natak
Akademi, zonal centers of the Government of India, ICCR (as a
performing member of the Natya institute of Kathak &
Choreography), Madhu has performed at various cultural centres at
National and International dance festivals around India, UK, UAE,
Europe and USA.
Haris Imtiyaz Khan
India- Child prodigy artist Haris Imtiyaz Khan, now twelve years
old, was able to draw a live portrait, using charcoal, since he was
only ten – setting the world record for the Youngest live portrait
artist.His work has been appreciated by great personalities like
former Indian president A.P.J Kalam Sahab, Actor Dilip Kumar,
Dev Anand, Aamir Khan, Priya Dutt, Suresh Kalmadi, Ram Gopal
Verma, and many more.Haris was selected as the youngest artist
in a competition in New York. This was an online competition in
which artists from all over the world participated. Many of these
artists were far more senior and experienced than Haris. News
channel IBN 7 selected Haris as one amongst five youngest artists. He has also received an
appreciation letter from former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
Dr. H. Sudarshan
Dr. Hanumappa Sudarshan Reddy is a doctor, Indian social worker and
tribal rights activist. He is well known for his contributions to the
upliftment of the forest dwelling tribes like Soligas in the
Chamarajnagar district of Karnataka. He is also a recipient of the Right
Livelihood Award and the Padma Shri.

Pavan Sondur & Prashant Kumar are the founders of

Anshu Gupta
Popularly known as the Clothing Man, Anshu Gupta founded
GOONJ with a mission to make clothing a matter of concern.
Anshu is creating a mass movement for recycling and reuse of
tones of waste material by channelising it from the cities to the
villages, as a resource for rural development. Anshu's
organisation, GOONJ has won many prestigious awards including
the most recent one CNN IBN Real Heros Award, India NGO of
the Year Award, Changemakers Innovation Awards and
Development Market Place Award from the World Bank.
Stalin K. Padma
Stalin K. is a documentary filmmaker, media trainer and human rights
activist from Gujarat, India. Stalin has directed 15 documentaries and
has won several international awards for his films. As an activist, he
has been deeply involved in the relief efforts of the 2002 Gujarat riots,
and of the Kutch earthquake of 2001, during which time he helped to
create a community radio program that was instrumental in delivering
information to the victims. Stalin was the Convener of the community
radio Forum until 2009 and was one of the core group that drafted the
legislation that made community radio legal in India. His film work on
the issue of untouchability has helped bring international attention to
Dalit issues, most notably his 1996 film Lesser Humans on manual
scavenging, and his feature-length 2007 film India Untouched, winner of the Mumbai International
Film Festival.He teaches communications, film and grassroots activism at a number of the most
senior institutes in India and has lectured at Berkeley, Stanford and NYU, among other institutions.
Nitin Gupta
Nitin is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Bombay famous for creating a
Cult Play 'Love In December'.He founded Entertainment Engineers
with a mission to make Stand Up Comedy respectable in India and to
create a humor Renaissance in this country. Humor he says, ought to

Shukla Bose
Shukla Bose is the founder and head of the Parikrma Humanity
Foundation, a nonprofit that runs four extraordinary schools for poor
children.Parikrma is transforming education so that these children can
have equal access to the best opportunities. Parikrma manages the entire
education cycle from kindergarten to college for each child. Bose left
behind a corporate career in 1992 to found Parikrma with a small group
of friends. The nonprofit holds itself to formal business goals and strict
accountability, and has developed some clever fundraising and marketing

India by tapping its greatest strength: the vitality and potential of its

Satyabhama Das Biju
Sathyabhama Das Biju is an Indian amphibian biologist,
who teaches at the University of Delhi. With more than a
hundred discoveries stemming from his personal work or
that in his lab, his is one of the most productive amphibian
research laboratories in the world. In a series of
investigations, Biju has discovered over a hundred of
amphibian species, many of them from the Western Ghats
region. He was the recipient of the 2008 Sabin Award for
Amphibian conservation and research.Among his
discoveries is the entirely new family of caecilians, a kind
of legless amphibian. The species Polypedates bijui, discovered in 2011, was named after him.
Biju's group also discovered the smallest frog in India, the 10mm-long Nyctibatrachus minimus.
Apoorva D. Patel
Apoorva D. Patel is a Professor at the Centre for High Energy
Physics at IISC Bangalore. He is notable for his work on quantum
algorithm and the application of information theory concepts to
understand the structure of genetic languages .His major field of
work has been the theory of quantum chromodynamics.He was
also an Associate Member of the Abdus Salam International
Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy .His work for the
discovery of an explanation of the structure of genetic languages
explaining why living organisms use 4 nucleotide bases in DNA,
and 20 amino acids in proteins was also note worthy.
