Andrea has been a partner in an IT and digital branding company for 22 years, with multiple award nominations for women-owned businesses and women in technology. In addition, she has 30 years of Board Leadership in the not-for-profit sector.
Seeing a gap in current needs, Andrea was one of the principal developers of a transitional program for youth with Autism to train into IT sector employment pre-launch. Her passion for inclusion advocacy stems from personal experiences and needs and for the past 14 years has included advocacy work in education, community, and leading to her current position as Manager of Employee Development for a Winnipeg not for profit.
