Mrs. Susan Thomas, IRS is the Director of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bengaluru. She belongs to the 2001 batch of Internal Revenue Service. She graduated in history from St.Teresa's College with University 1st rank, She is also an alumna of JNU and the University of Oxford. Her outstanding career includes her being a part of the of the Income Tax Department for 17 years handling Coporate Tax and Tribunal Advocacy before moving on to the Ministry of Textiles on deputation. She creates beautiful and relatable content on her Instagram feed. She strives to make our government look attractive to young people and encourage them to join government service and be a change agent. Her inter - disciplinary approach helps bridge History, Culture, Design and Craft.

Swati Jagdish

Lactation Consultant, Psychologist

Mrs. Swati Jagdish, a truly multifaceted personality is a psychologist and a lactation expert. She finished her bachelor’s degree in Applied psychology and interior designing from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women and went on to pursue her Masters in Applied psychology from Barathiyar University, Coimbatore. She is also a lactation educator and counsellor, certified by the University of San Diego. Mrs. Swati has a long list of experiences in the field of lactation and pregnancy health. Having more than 6 years of experience, she currently is the director of Bond & Beyond and is a lactation consultant at G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital. She also provides classes on lactation, pregnancy health and postpartum depression. She is a strong ally of natural birthing, baby wearing and gentle parenting.

Major Vandana Sharma is a woman leader, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, a mentor, a coach and an ex - military officer from the Indian Army. She has twenty one years of diverse experience across multiple sectors. She was the Chief People Officer at HolidayIQ before foraying into her entrepreneurial journey in Aug 2017 when she founded Startup People Consulting. Major Vandana has had two successful careers : One as a Military Officer for a decade where she has been part of the elite Indian Armed Forces and broken several stereotypes around Women in Uniform. Subsequent to that, she forayed into the Corporate World and seamlessly integrated to lead operations roles.
