In the midst of a fast paced college environment, we tend to prioritize academics, social life and extracurriculars over our own mental health. As college students, we can become susceptible to burnout, anxiety, comparability, and much more. Attend our TEDxUCIrvineSalon where we have open discussions with Neda Moayedi and Andrea Reyes on how to better prioritize mental health and self care practices.
