In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Ana Campos

As a little girl, Ana Campos (*1974) had a dream: That technology would one day free her brother from the severe epileptic convulsions he has been suffering from since his earliest days. While this has been denied to him up until this day, Ana did not give up hope that technology can help transform lives for the better. That is also the reason why she is Co-CEO of Trivadis today, a company committed to doing just that – to helping others by using data and new technologies intelligently. Ana firmly believes that everything happens for a reason – and she lives up to that, even if it means leaving the beaten track. In her free-time, she builds castles with her two sons and puts inner images on canvas.

Cachita -

Cachita - her gentle but at the same time rough voice and quick-witted lyrics make her unique. She lives and was born in Switzerland, but her music is strongly influenced by her Cuban roots, which is why the 22 year old sings not only in English but also in Spanish and and recently in Swiss German. She makes pop, RnB and hip-hop, but also loves soul and blues influences, as her role model Etta James suggests. The young artist was also inspired and shaped in her childhood by other strong women like Celia Cruz, Lil Kim, Missy Elliott and Beyonce. She is a colorful mixture of everything. In the year 2019 she won the music competition Band-it from Zurich. 2021 she made it to the final of MyCokeMusic-Soundcheck in Switzerland. The singer loves experimenting and trying out new things. So we can look forward to what comes next.
