Alan Felstead

Author and Researcher on the spaces and place of work
Professor Felstead has been studying employment-related issues for over 30 years. Since completing his PhD, he spent 5 years working at Nuffield College, Oxford, 14 years at the University of Leicester and 15 years (and counting) at Cardiff University

Huaxin aka Pistachio is currently studying MSc Strategic marketing in Cardiff business school. Megan Wesley

Megan Wesley is the Co-founder and Director of Libratum, a corporate wellness start-up, focused on transforming the lives and wellbeing of people at work. From humble beginnings, to organic growth and a deep passion for wellness, Libratum’s mission is to help companies build a conscious culture of awareness and positive change, where people are empowered take care of their wellbeing and companies can achieve happy, healthy and high-performing teams.

Peter Madden

Urban innovation and sustainability expert
Peter Madden, is Director of Ecovivid, a company advising on smart sustainability. Previously he was CEO of Future Cities Catapult, a centre of expertise on urban innovation and of Forum for the Future, a sustainability non-profit. He was Head of Policy at the Environment Agency, Ministerial Advisor to the British Government, Director of Green Alliance and Head of Policy at Christian Aid. He is currently on the Board of the Crown Estate and a member of Ingersoll Rand’s Advisory Council. He writes a monthly column on smart cities for the Huffington Post. and received an OBE for services to sustainable development.

Sankha Deep Das

Founder and CEO, Lattice
Sankha is currently the Founder & CEO of Lattice, a construction technology company headquartered in London. He had previously founded 2 startups in property investment & fintech space. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University, 2010-2011.

Tracey Thomas

Chief HR Officer, Cardiff Council
Tracey Thomas is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cardiff Council. Tracey is responsible for providing a strategic focus and people centred approach to ensure that the Council, as a major employer in the city, is well placed to respond to current and future challenges.
