Mark Crossfield

Career Coach and Podcast Host
Mark Crossfield is an Accredited Career Coach passionate about helping you to love your job and build a great career at whatever stage and whatever age. As a Chartered Manager and Chartered Civil Engineer, Mark worked in local government for 28 years, most of that time as a Service Manager leading an operational workforce of 60 staff and using staff coaching as an instrument for change. Personal and professional development has always been a passion for Mark, as has coaching people and supporting them to achieve their best. Having qualified as a coach and an NLP Master Practitioner earlier in his career, Mark now supports people in their professional journey and helps them to live their best lives at work. Mark started his own business, Bravo Coaching, in 2019 and now works full time as a career coach.
