Theme: Change

This event is a live event focused on showcasing live speakers on our TEDxKazimierz stage.
The theme of the event is "Change", and we will host the speakers that with their projects and ideas are changing the world around them. This event is focused on presenting the ideas that have been changing the communities and countries in which they are deployed or the lives of those listening. We will share impactful ideas through the following TEDxKazimierz talks.

Domen Kocevar - co-founder and a member of One Humanity Institute, will share his idea about One Humanity and a project he is working on in Oswiecim in order to embrace the history of this beautiful city and reveal the potential it has.

Agnieszka Czmyr - Kaczanowska - founder of "MamoPracuj" project, will talk about how women who have just recently given birth and are trying to come back to their professional life can be empowered and should feel brave to make the first steps after their maternity break.

Dimitrije Jelic - founder of a Time Code music agency. His talk will be focused on entrepreneurship in music, and the transformation that the music industry is going through at the moment.

Rafał Garbacz - Founder and CEO of Utter.One voice technology company will be sharing the story of how voice technology can change our perception of technology and make it more accessible.

Co-founder of the Foundation and the portal www.mamopracuj.pl, Employer Branding Manager and enthusiast of Diversity & Inclusion. For ten years, together with her team, she has been supporting women in their professional and personal development. He works closely with employers who believe in the idea of diversity and want to create friendly workplaces. As a result, it changes the labor market to be more friendly and open to women. In recent months, she has been developing a new brand Talenti.pl, i.e. a recruitment platform for women, the idea of which is to positively mix things up on the recruitment market.

Domen Kocevar

Domen Kocevar studied Sociology-Theology at the University of Maribor. Working on PhD thesis One Humanity. He is co-founder with dr.Nina Meyerhof of the One Humanity Institute in Auschwitz-Oswiecim, Poland and One Humanity Bakery. He started a medical clinic Paracelzus that bridges allopathic medicine with the newest science and traditional heritage.

Rafal Grabacz

Rafal is associated with R&D teams. For several years, he has been popularizing voice technologies in Poland. Co-founded several projects that are changing the perception and performance of certain activities and professions. Currently, he designs voice experiences and solutions that change the way we communicate with machines.
