Personal Global Economies Redefine Entrepreneurial Success
There is an “access revolution” underway. A lack of time, money and knowledge no longer have to be failure points for entrepreneurs. They can build affordable, personal global economies to reach talented individuals all over the world to grow a business. It’s no longer just accessible to the Fortune 1000. With changes in technology, entrepreneurs and small businesses can have their own low-cost, global virtual team to help with marketing, operations, sales, research, and more. And surprisingly, using outsourced resources can lead to local job creation and economic stimulus. For smart, motivated individuals in struggling economies, it creates access to an income and lifestyle not possible before. There is a “rise of the virtual class” and personal global economies are truly redefining entrepreneurial success. Brad Stevens is a lifetime entrepreneur with 350+ employees and a global speaker on agility and automation including work at the UN. He also runs the Automate & Delegate Podcast.

David Daniel

Three Simple Words to Change Your Life
David Daniel has spent his entire life searching for the answers to some of life's big questions: Why are we here? What does a good life look like? What are we capable of doing? For years, he pursued these questions by seeking out adventures, climbing the corporate ladder, and becoming an elite-level triathlete and USA Triathlon coach. Despite his successes, David still found himself feeling unfulfilled and grasping for the next accomplishment. And then one night, he had an unexpected event happen that would change the course of his life and would set him on a path to help others deal with the anxiety, overwhelm, and a general feeling of lack in their lives. Leveraging his background as a high-performance athlete and coach, David believes we can train our minds to be more present, to be more connected to others, and ultimately to find lasting peace and happiness.

Dr. Coralee Mueller

The Belly-Brain Dance
When looking to be more productive, we often focus on calendars, time management and reading more books on how to be...more productive. Rather than looking for productivity tips outside your body, why not look inside your body? Belly crawling increases body awareness and activates the brain and the eyes to be more coordinated. This increases efficiency and awareness of our surroundings and can be used to help us be more productive in any phase of our lives...we can get the benefit of belly crawling at any age. Dr. Coralee Mueller is an Optometrist with a special interest in Vision Development. She can help you understand the difference between vision and sight. This distinction can make you capable of understanding how your brain and eyes work together. She is the founder of NeuroVision Clinic, a Fellow with the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and Board Certified in Vision Development, Vision Therapy, and Vision Rehabilitation.

Unlearning Isolation: Things You Need to Know
It has been said, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Isn’t it interesting that we often use animals to describe what we know to be true? I am going to show you how we reduce the fear of change and be more successful and more adaptable (and more connected!) in our uncertain world. I believe successful change is not about learning more, it’s about unlearning what isn’t working for you. Being able to competently navigate through the perilous journey of change can be positive and enrich our lives.

Jingle All The Way!
For parents, the daily struggle is real! Trying to get children to follow instructions, learn important life lessons, and maybe complain a little less throughout the day are gems that every parent desires. By making these lessons and daily tasks more enjoyable, children are much more likely to engage in a cooperative way and follow your lead. This idea is based in learning theory and has been utilized by almost every children’s show we’ve ever seen -- from Sesame Street to Dora the Explorer, to Daniel Tiger. As a licensed psychologist, I have crafted three easy-to-follow formulas for parents to write jingles on-the-fly so they can create helpful routines, teach their children about life, and increase overall compliance from their children and teens. Any individual can use the power of song to liven-up an occasion and reduce many of the everyday headaches we endure as “inglorious child wranglers," aka parents.

From Tragic to Magic: 3 Tools to Overcome Loneliness & Find Love
Loneliness is an epidemic. For so many, the human experience feels wrought with disappointment and loss: A world hopelessly searching for, or giving up on, love. I was one of those people after my first soulmate died. But unlike so many others, I found love again, in the most miraculous, improbable way. Yet, behind that “miracle” were specific things I did to cultivate a mindset that directed my journey and created the possibility to find a second soulmate where none might have existed before. It turns out, I am an expert in finding soulmates. And in the tradition of Napoleon Hill and Norman Vincent Peale, I have distilled my methodology into simple yet powerful tools that can be life-changing. As a love and intimacy coach, workshop facilitator, best-selling author and speaker, I have successfully helped others to quickly clarify what they are actually seeking, identify their subconscious blocks, and cultivate a new mindset that makes soul connections possible. Let me show you how.

Start an Opinion Diet: A Detox for Your Mind
This New 'Diet' Will Increase Your Happiness in 30 Days. It’s called a 30-Day Opinion Diet, and it’s a detox for your mind, not your body. Taking a break from constantly judging every situation in your life can do wonders for your mental health. It’s actually your opinions that are the source of negativity, not necessarily your circumstances. Opinions create resistance and taking a deliberate break from judging your circumstances will help you come to a place of acceptance, and that is where wellbeing and healing can begin.

Moneeka Sawyer

Who is the Boss of You?
As a young Indian woman, I was afraid I would become a slave to tradition...tradition that disrespected the rights of women. I said NO, and instead began my journey to create the only freedom that would allow me to live the life that I chose. Economic freedom gives us the foundation to live a life of choice. Freedom of choice is what we all strive for. The choice to love who we want, to do meaningful work, and to be happy and free. To truly be the BOSS of our own lives. Can it be done? I'm Moneeka Sawyer. I did it, and you can, too.

Steven Kunes

Square One at 60
Comedy writer Steven Kunes didn’t think it was so funny to find himself starting over at age 60, nor was there any Hollywood ending in sight. Discovered at 26 by TV legend Norman Lear, and following three decades in network television, Kunes had a noteworthy self-destruction that found him homeless and forced to rethink, and redefine, the term Square One. Now 65, Mr. Kunes currently produces "Over My Dead Body," an original comedy series that features interviews with important figures from our history and culture -- without mentioning they just happen to be dead. The authenticity and candidness of this speaker will inspire anybody starting over later in life.

Tejaswi Koduru

How AI is Advancing Medical Equity
My name is Tejaswi Koduru, a sophomore at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. I have experience in using AI to diagnose diseases in their early stages. For the last 18 months, I have been working on a project along with a researcher at the NIH titled “Using Deep Learning in Lyme Disease Diagnosis," which was recently accepted to an international research conference. I am also the director of AVS Academy Center for Excellence, where I help students with projects relating to machine learning. In my free time, I like to volunteer and have received the Presidential Service Award several times. The project was inspired by my own experience with Lyme disease. The difficulty of diagnosing the EM rash, and the consequences it had on my physical and mental health, inspired me to create something which would prevent other people from going through the same thing.
