She has converted her passion in Public speaking to contribute the society in a bigger way. She not only speaks herself; she teaches and empowers non-native English speakers to become better communicators. Having suffered and recovered from Post-natal depression and other mental health issues, she now strongly advocates the importance of mental health and is a Multicultural Ambassador with the Mental Health Foundation of Australia. She believes we all can improve our communication skills and become confident communicators to lead a happy life which is our birth right.

Soyela Shafer

The Journey of the Heart
Soyela, as her name conveys “I am her!” has been the woman she always admired to become. She nearly lost her life when she was a kid but her spirit of never giving up kept her life all along. A follower of dream and heart, Shafer was in the search of her ‘true self’ for which she kept on traveling, sailing the seas, riding bikes across Australia, Canada & New Zealand. Now she is training to trek camels around Australia. Her nomad journey is never-ending and continues to proffer out of all odds.
