Aisyah Adibah

Student G11
Aisyah Adibah is a 16 year old student who envisions herself to be a girl who can truly bring about change for the better in the future. She sees herself as an ordinary, slightly introverted student who wishes to actively seek more and more opportunities for herself. She currently contributes to several organisations and participates in a wide range of volunteering projects. She has a passion for writing about social issues and to encourage other young people to take part in speaking up about socio-political issues as well. Her hope today is to promote a humble yet courageous mindset so that other youth will be willing to seek and grab opportunities to contribute to their respective societies.

Karenza Van der Wel

Karenza is a 16 year old aspiring speaker with the intent that her message come through to all who wish to listen. She wishes to utilise her personal experience with foster care and speak in a way that she feels will bring about the betterment of her country and lives of the young children throughout said country. Every child deserves to be cherished no matter the circumstance. Both her experience and best friend Leo help her to deliver her message here today, hoping on making an impact no matter how small it may be.

Karinka Mahalalila

Karinka Amara Mahalalila is currently 16 years old. She was both born and raised here in Semarang, Indonesia. Growing up, she came to adore comic books and animated films and tv -leading her to devote herself to drawing and media. She chose this topic to discuss today as she has a lot of non-binary friends that are too scared to talk about this in Indonesia: an overall conservative nation. She believes that giving awareness and information is a must in order to make everyone feel safe. She is proud to be able to give a voice on behalf of those who feel they do not have a preferred gender by talking today about preferred pronouns and why people have them.

Kayla Hartawan

Kayla was born at 15th of June 2005, which making her 16 this year. she has been in love with the music world since the days of her childhood, listening to songs from different genres. Her parents would often take her and her little brother for karaoke when they were younger. While she previously felt like music is just a hobby it has grown to become so much more than that for her. Hence today she will be talking about a problem which she can see in music world.

Lorna Priscott

Student G11
Lorna Priscott is a 17 year old student, born and raised in Semarang, Indonesia. Her favourite pastimes include reading and creative writing. One of the reasons she has chosen this topic to discuss is because of her keen interest in biology; health issues are very important to talk about and after reading news articles about sexual assault cases online, it made her feel as though these incidents need to be addressed.

Tristan Narra

Narra was born and raised in Semarang,Indonesia Likes to learn about prehistoric life and thus he picked this topic. He believes that prehistoric creatures are magnificent and studying not related to school could increase one's knowledge and believe everyone ought to follow his/her passion.
