2020 was a year unlike any other. The unfolding of a global pandemic has ushered in a new wave of obstacles that have challenged the human race on an unprecedented scale. The pride with which we once trotted on the earth has now been reduced to a mere speck. It only took a microscopic strain of a virus to send the entirety of our planet into a panic driven state and in response cause its inhabitants to question the leadership and the institutions that they have entrusted. These challenging times have demonstrated the interconnected nature of our world. In spite of these struggles we are constantly inspired by the millions of stories of courage, compassion, and all the beautiful qualities that make us human. What will ultimately define the purpose of our existence in the grand scheme of things is our ability in finding that glimmer of optimism when faced with raging adversity in the middle of desperate times. Here at CUSAT we hope to channel our collective vision as a species to the opportunity that this situation in presents us with. An opportunity to ‘hard reset’ the world and begin afresh with new aspirations and ideas for the dynamic and challenging times that we are journeying through.

Aditya Krishna is a nine year old vivacious and passionate young boy. Aditya studies in St Paul's English School, Bangalore. He is a curious soul who loves to explore new things and enjoys having egg dosas prepared by his father. He is very passionate about public speaking and leaves no stones unturned when it comes to preparations. This young man, loves his Hotwheel bikes and superhero figurines. Aditya loves creating videos with the help of his family.

Apoorva Bose

Chef Suresh Pillai

Mr. Suresh Pillai, Culinary Director at the Raviz hotels and the head chef of Hoppers,London. The life of Mr Pillai is quite an intriguing one... His journey to success from being a waiter at an eatery in kollam to a world renowned celebrity chef was no cakewalk. His uniqueness lies in his recipes which have the right amount of spices and aromas coming straight from his heart. Mr Pillai has won applause for presenting the Kerala style Fish curry in an international platform like BBCs Masterchef UK. Mr Pillai was the most googled star chef during lockdown and his 'NIRVANA' receipe was accepted whole heartedly by everyone. It is of no surprise as he has a very calm personality & intense love for food and spreading that love with his signature tagline at the end of his videos "Sneham vaari Vitharu" (Shower your love all around)

Deepak Vishnu

Apart from this, he is a proud alumini of CUSAT. He started his career on Instagram and has a good follower base. He went through lot of hardships & turmoil and is currently one of greatest automotive influencer in kerala. He has partnered with Redbull, Liquid moly and other brands to build modified track machines. Content creation and building motorcycles continues to be his greatest passion.

Dr. V.P Gangadharan

Dr. VP Gangadharan is the Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of medical and paediatric oncology , VPS Lakeshore Hospital. He is also the founder of Cochin Cancer Society which extends cancer care to the poor and underprivileged patients. Hence being an oncologist who has won many hearts he has an Immense wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. Dr Gangadharan is affectionately referred to as a saint with a stethoscope by his admirers. He has authored a book based on his experience with patients titled “Jeevithamenna Athbhutham”
