TEDxYouth@JNIS 2020 is an event hosted by Jamnabai Narsee International School. The theme of the event is "Change the Current". The current is a force, the force that pushes us towards convention, towards the ordinary and towards the known. Together, we must change this current, do the unconventional, do the extraordinary and discover the unknown.

Every day, humans are being confronted with new and growing challenges – social, cultural, economic, environmental. The sole thing that can make a difference is a change, it is absolutely crucial we change our current ways and potential change the future. A change in our current thinking are ideas, we have the power to change our reality and to make these changes in our society positive for all of us, we have to respect, promote and spread ideas which are revolutionary, positive, and for the better. With this philosophy, TEDxYouth@JNIS has come up with the theme to give a platform to individuals and ideas that can truly change the world we live in. We aim to explore different ways people have adopted in order to adapt and influence the currents that have been carrying us and make a difference in our current world. With this theme, we embrace and ultimately champion change.
