In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adam Abdi Isak Mohamed, born in Wasila –Bakol region in late 1989 and raised in Bakol. My Primary and secondary School in Mogadishu graduated in the year 2007, In 2008 I had an opportunity to study abroad specially in Sudan, Studied B.Sc. In Agricultural Science (Department of Crop protection), Honors, University of Dongola. (2013-2014), Master in Plant Protection & Environmental Studies) at the Al Zaiem AL-Azhari University Khartoum State, Sudan, 2016,Cooperative Teacher (Department of Plant Protection & Environmental Studies) Faculty of Agriculture, Al Zaiem AL-Azhari University Khartoum State, Sudan, since 2015-2017, and then studied Diploma International human Resource management license 2017. worked in the field of education as, Trainer, and a University lecturer (2014 -2020).

Mohamed Sheikh Mohamed Abdulrahman (Barakow), born in UFUROW in late 1988 and raised in Baidoa. My Primary Education was in Baidoa and higher secondary School in Mogadishu graduated in the year 2009, In 2010 I had an opportunity to study abroad specially in Bangladesh, Studied Bachelor of Pharmacy at the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Master in General Pharmacy at Southern University Bangladesh and then studied MBA Major in Supply Chain Management at the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). (2010-2020) worked in the field of education as an assistant teacher, teacher, and a University lecturer (2017-2020) started working at the University of Southern Somalia-Baidoa- as an Academic Director and as a lecturer. Currently, I am one of the Founding Members of Baidoa University, as well as a lecturer and the Academic Director.

Yusuf Haji Nor (YHN) born 1974 Baidoa – Somalia; Primary School in Mogadishu 1990. I studied Bachelor of Business Administration at Mogadishu University in 2005. I had an opportunity of 2 years scholarship provided by UNDP on Capacity Building Project – Financial Planning and Management at University of Fort Hare in South Africa. In 2012 Open University of Malaysia Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management. 1995 – 1999 worked my own business in Kenya and Somali. 2005 – 2014 worked as Universtiy lecturer, NGOs and civil society issues in Mogadishu and Puntland. Since 2015, I am Managing Director of Arlaadi Engineering Company; also cofounder of the Company with the founder Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim (DAAFAC)
