In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Azel .

Azel hails from the land of Risotto and Pizza, i.e. Italy! At just the age of 19,he has won the Italian Beatboxing Championship, has spoken and performed at 4 TEDx events. Azel has also secured a place for himself in the Top 8 Beatboxers in the world. He is particularly proud of inventing his own sounds, including the 'Liquid Bass,' which is a combination of an inward bass and a click roll. Azel's unique style is inspired by all kinds of musical genres, ranging from hip-hop to trap, dubstep and electro. He has performed in different countries, and this conference marks his first performance in India.

Captain Swati Raval

As gloom spread around the country about the deadly coronavirus outbreak, there was some cheer about the manner in which stranded Indians were rescued from around the world. One such example is from Rome, where 263 of our countrymen were left stranded. India's national carrier, Air India, came to their rescue. Captain Swati Raval piloted the Boeing 777 that brought back Indians on March 22, 2020. She is the first civilian woman pilot to lead a rescue aircraft during the coronavirus epidemic. She dared to fly to a coronavirus hotspot and saved stranded students stuck in Rome. She was congratulated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Civil Aviation Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri, and Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan. Captain Swati has been flying since 2004 and always had a knack for patriotism. She got her pilot's license in an era where women were not even allowed to study. She hails from a small town in Gujarat and her journey towards being a Captain is enthralling.

Hamid Barkzi

Born in 1997 to a well settled Muslim family in Delhi, Mr. Hamid at a very young age decided to pursue his dream of dancing and modelling. After participating in a number of events, he finally appeared in the much celebrated show - MTV Roadies Revolution, Season 18 and emerged out as its winner. With a huge fan following and engagement in all his social media accounts, Mr. Hamid is a popular figure among the youth and inspires many with his holistic talent and humble personality.
