Theme: Re-emergence

This event occurred on
May 29, 2021

Re-emergence encapsulates hope. It is about celebrating the human spirit that rises through balking darkness and disseminates hope. As we are faced with an unprecedented crisis now, evolving is unprecedented and change seems to be a sole option to abut upon. Accepting change is accepting a new beginning. With a ray of hope and the most minuscule effort, our deeds leave a mark for our successors to follow, and our predecessors to pride upon.

As 2021 would mark the sixth edition of TEDxVITPune, and considering the global adversities experienced in 2020, we want our audiences to think that it is never too late to reemerge. There's a desire to rise and start again with a new perspective, with a stronger will and an arsenal of ideas. That's how we leave behind these prevalent dark times, because hope gives way to change.

We aim to continue our unparalleled journey with a shifted perspective. Reemerging in a better, stronger and altogether different way, keeping in mind the roots that helped us get to where we are today.
