Michael Thomas

Entrepreneur + Advocate + Education and Workforce Innovator
Michael Thomas is the Executive Director of My Possibilities. My Possibilities provides a variety of services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities like Autism, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries and others. The focus is on continued education in life skills, social skills and job training, including placing adults with disabilities into community employment. My Possibilities, which employs about 100 people, also provides therapy services, including speech, music, behavior, massage therapy and counseling. The organization will move to provide residential services in 2021 developing a master planned community with 100 homes and services for adults with disabilities.

Roger Widmer

Educator + Workforce Learning Advocate
Dr. Roger Widmer is Chief Operating Officer for Collin Corporate College. Dr. Widmer’s career spans 30 years in higher education as a both a professor and administrator. He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University and Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from University of Sarasota. His previous leadership includes President of Argosy University in Chicago, Phoenix and Nashville and Ellis University in Chicago. Collin Corporate College provides business leaders with customized training using a collaborative curriculum developed for each business’ culture in areas including technology, technical skills, leadership, organizational effectiveness, team building, employee engagement, and performance management.
