Dawn Tran

Dawn Tran is owner of Matter of Taste, a locally operated coffee store since 2004. Recently, Matter of Taste has has expanded their shops to include a local coffee roastery.

Asia Nelson

Asia has an interest in the cult of the chef, and how the discussion of food has changed how we've interacted with our our local food community. Asia is currently completing a PhD studying the language of food in North America. Concurrently, Asia is studying culinary arts at George Brown College, and is owner and lead instructor at Pranalife Yoga

An award-winning marketing communications professional, Kim has enjoyed a successful career working primarily in agriculture and finance sectors. Prior to her return to Grey County, Kim worked in management roles in the financial industry on Bay Street (Toronto) and in Waterloo.Politics, rural communities, mid-level farming, clean energy - and building a better community and a better country.
