Dr. Shahani has over four decades of experience in higher education and is a visionary who leads by example. She is the president and chairperson of new age educational schools design and innovation, management and entrepreneurship and entertainment arts. She carries rich experience and expertise of 25 years as the principle of the HR College of commerce and economics, which is to date the highest accredited commerce college in the country. For her exceptional service to the field of education, Dr.Shahani was nominated as the Sheriff of Mumbai for two successful terms, 2008 and 2009. Her vast experience in her field is sure to inspire us all.
