In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aadhya Polishetty

Aadhya Polishetty is a 2nd grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas. She loves school and is also involved in gymnastics, dance, chess and swimming. Aadhya enjoys choreographing dances to her own songs. She feels passionately about volunteerism and recently raised money and helped pack sandwiches with "Tango Tab" to help people in need in her community. Aadhya aspires to one day become a doctor and help to save people's lives.

Chaya Prakash is a 5th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, TX. She is passionate about spreading the message that everyone is beautiful. Chaya loves social studies, math, and especially theater in school. She is active in basketball and soccer and she especially loves public speaking! Chaya hopes to one day become an attorney and use her public speaking skills for good.

Kennedy Purdy

Kennedy Purdy is a 5th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas. Her favorite subjects in school are science and social studies, and she also enjoys drag racing and art. Kennedy is involved with her church and feels very passionately that all people deserve to have a home where they feel safe. She aspires to one day become an art teacher or a veterinarian.

Nidhi Chinchani is a 4th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas. She loves science and art as well as vocal music and piano. Nidhi is involved in girl scouts and feels strongly about volunteerism and helping others. She would like to pursue a career as a doctor not only to help people but also because she is interested in finding different ways to cure diseases.

Ritva Chandar is a 5th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas. Her favorite subject is math and she also enjoys kickboxing. Ritva loves golf. She is very passionate about golf and the parallels between the game and life. One day she aspires to become a pro golfer.

Saanvi Polishetty

Saanvi Polishetty is a 5th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, TX. She enjoys serving others and feels passionately about community volunteerism. Saanvi recently raised money to help people in her community. She also volunteers at "Tango Tab" packing sandwiches for those in need of food. Sanvi stays busy playing squash and participating in swimming. She also contributes to her community magazine. But her real passion is in cooking. Saanvi loves cooking various cuisines and aspires to one day own her own bakery and become a cake artist. She loves making variations of foods that make people happy.

Shania Nagpal is a 5th grade student at Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas. She has a passion for learning and truly loves all subjects in school. Outside of school, Shania enjoys dance, singing, tumbling, volunteering and swimming. She would like to pursue a career in singing or acting because she enjoys performance, as well as medicine because she feels passionately about helping others.

Shiloh enjoys hiking and painting and is passionate about serving others through charitable organizations. Shiloh is a member at Prestonwood church, a participant of the Bible Believers Fellowship, and participates in the Awana Club. One day Shiloh aspires to become a neurologist so she can study the brain and spinal cord, helping adults and children in need.
