Anupama Easwaran

A Trans Ally, founder of TransIs, works for the inclusion and upliftment of the Transpersons in our community.

Anupama is an ICF and Erickson International certified Executive Coach specialising in Diversity and Inclusion, a trained and experienced counsellor, and a Postgraduate in Management with 25 years of work experience in diversity and inclusion consulting, employee wellbeing, marketing and brand management. She is on the D&I council of several companies, a POSH expert and external member on the POSH Internal Committees of companies, and is an advisor to the board of TWEET Foundation, an NGO for and by transgender people. Anupama is strongly driven by her mission of creating equal and respectful spaces for all in society and supports many underrepresented communities towards this. She works closely with the transgender community towards their upliftment through skill development, generating employment and sensitizing society about the transgender people. Towards this she has been conducting the “Trans IS’ webinar series for over a year.

Dr. Rahul Baxi

A practicing doctor and a passionate photographer, Singapore's popular Instagrammer

If there is one thing common between a doctor, a photographer and an Instagrammer, it will be their eye for details. Nominated as one of ‘Singapore’s Instagrammers of the Year 2018’ by instaSG, a community group of Singapore Instagrammers, Dr Rahul Baxi (Consultant Diabetologist, Bombay Hospital, Mumbai), shares an interesting perspective of life through his camera lens, which is somewhat similar to how he sees patients in his clinic. His eye for detail and genuine interest in humanity are likely trained as a result of his profession. What started out as random capturing of photos with his phone few years ago has now turned into a full-fledged hobby for Dr Baxi, who documents all his visuals on his Instagram account. “Street photography has always been intriguing and such a joy for me. Whenever I see something interesting, I whip out my phone and quickly snap. You cannot recreate a candid moment that is shot on the street.”
