He is also a Human Capital Consultant and Trainer in GCC & Egypt working mainly with Ministries, Semi-Gov, NGOs and Corporate. Soha Heikal is the Head of Marketing at the Industry Service Complex in the Arab Academy for Science, where she leads a team of young female leaders in digital marketing and public relations with a message to enhance economy by increasing awareness towards the importance of technical and vocational education.She also works as a Lecturer in Technical and Vocational Institute (TVI), with the accreditation of Pearson, UK atAAST, teaching Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), in addition to publishing several academic papers and pursuing her Ph.D. Degree.Soha decided to use her expertise and skills in marketing, event management and public speaking to promote vocational studies and change a negative social image that this type of education is only concerned with a certain social standard and strictly to one gender.Moreover, Soha is involved in charitable work in several NGOs that serve rural areas and outlying regions. She’s also an athlete and had run several Marathons across Egypt.

Waad Essam is an ambitious woman who works as an English language instructor and professional translator. A certified instructor from Cambridge University and American University of Professional Studies, as well as a certified instructor from Modern Egyptian Academy, has, during her career journey, trained more than 7,000 students using her inspirational teaching methodology. She has also translated over 50 doctoral and master's dissertations in all fields. Waad is an artist woman who won national awards in poetry, painting and music also. Waad also has a huge footprint in volunteering, running teams at Aisec, Enactus and MSP and many community organizations that serve the homeland for example:she is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Kafr al-Sheikh Youth Union and also the Deputy General Coordinator of Youth Leaders. Her many interests include professional development, content and project-based learning, and critical pedagogy, all of which require creative thinking.
