Adam Beales

Derry-based Adam Beales, or AdamB, is paving the way for a new generation of YouTubers, through creating dynamic, family-friendly and hilarious content. Along with his younger brother Callum, he’s using his platform to explore fun new sketches, pranks and challenges which reaches huge audiences in the UK and USA alone. A true performer, Adam loves to make people laugh which is his main motivation for the channel which has grown exponentially over the past few years. Adam has recently been announced as the 40th presenter for the BBC TV show Blue Peter.

Andrew Cuthbert

Andrew Cuthbert started out with new vision for the charity sector in 2001. He’s been instrumental in social enterprises, businesses, and programs of significance. His mind has been core to the creation of over £1bn of revenue on new start projects. His experience and effectiveness in technology, science and business together with his curious mind and quest for knowledge give him a unique insight on the future. Ava Canney

Ava is a 17-year-old student who is passionate about many things, especially science and engineering. As well as being an advocate for females in STEM, Ava feels strongly about using her voice to change the current educational system in Northern Ireland. She believes that the opportunities provided by the nourishing and loving all ability educational environment that she attended shaped her into the young woman she is today. Being a part of an all ability school Ava believes she has been given opportunities she never would have dreamed about such as: travelling to America at the mere age of 14 as 1 of the top 25 brightest young minds in the world, being selected as 1 of 3 girls in the world to be a trailblazer for female inventors everywhere, and gaining experience in an award winning choir- making memories she will cherish for life.

Conor Houston

He has provided trusted strategic advice to senior leaders across business, government, digital and entertainment industries. He has experience in bringing large-scale impactful strategies to life and has built relationships and networks locally and internationally. He is Founder of Connected Citizens, a civic initiative which promotes active citizenship, global perspective and creates space for citizens to co-design solutions for our society. Conor is a Governor of The Irish Times Trust, Director of ShoutOut (an LQBTQ+ youth charity), Area Leader for Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) NI and is Chairman of the Board of Governors of Fleming Fulton Special School. In 2017, he joined two Nobel Peace Prize winners on stage to address the One Young World Summit in Bogota, Colombia on the theme: “It’s all about relationships” and is now Co-Chair of One Young World Belfast 2023 Bid to host the world’s largest global youth summit. In 2019, Conor was recognised as one of Northern Ireland’s ’40 under 40’. Previously, as a solicitor advocate, he represented clients to the Supreme Court of both the UK and Ireland and was involved in many high profile and pioneering cases. He also represented the legal profession on the Executive Board of the European Young Bar Association and was elected to serve on the Council of the Law Society of Northern Ireland. Conor formerly acted as Programme Director at the Centre for Democracy and Peace Building leading on their ‘EU Debate NI’ programme. This programme engaged over 30,000 people across Northern Ireland in the debate around Brexit, including all political parties and key influencers in private, public and community sectors. He gave evidence to the NI Affairs Committee in Westminster about his work. He was also Head of Engagement for Digital DNA – the largest tech & digital conference in Northern Ireland. Through this role he spearheaded their ‘Digital Futures’ programme which gave hundreds of young people unique access to opportunities in the tech sector. He is a Fellow of the US State Department Rule of Law Programme, Fellow of the British Council Hammamet Conference and represented the UK at the Ship for World Young Leaders Conference in Japan. Conor was also the inaugural Chair of The Ireland Funds Belfast. He has delivered lectures in Harvard University, Loyola Marymount University LA, Trinity College Dublin and Ulster University.

Dianne Koplewsky

Diane is a leading entrepreneur in Early Education and School Age Childcare sector. Her main focus is in building resilience in children and young people through play. Diane’s research is born out of seeing an increasing number of people coming into the workforce who are risk adverse. Some of this can stem back to all forms of play deprivation in early childhood. Diane also believes that if we build resilience in children and young people we will be preventing many of the health issues which are on the rise with adolescents and young adults.

Dr Amanda Foo-Ryland

Dr Amanda is from the UK and lives in Portugal and New Zealand. She has over 34 years of experience in Human Development and is the Founder of the Worlds First Neural CodingTM Company. She trains people to become Neural CodersTM internationally. She worked in the corporate world for 16 years, with the Estée Lauder group, starting her career on the counter and finally becoming the Clinique Director of Education for Europe the Middle East and Africa, based in London

George Andriopoulos

George Andriopoulos is the award-winning founder and CEO of Launchpad Five One Six, a New York based management consulting firm providing organizations with the tools and resources to innovate and thrive. George is veteran of the stage as a keynote, motivational, and soon to be three-time TEDx speaker delivering talks that spark inspiration and change. George also owns a digital marketing agency, is the host of “The Launchcast,” a top rated podcast about leadership, and has recently begun providing leadership coaching services through The Leadership Experience, his company’s leadership coaching division. George also provides public speaking/writing coaching as a guest coach on other programs. He is the executive producer of TEDxFarmingdale and he co-produced TEDxDeerParkWomen in 2020. A co-founder of the non-profit Shannon’s Fight that provides financial aid to families in medical crisis, George also volunteers with the speaker’s bureau at Ronald McDonald House Charities. George’s first book, “Once Upon a TEDx,” will be released in 2021, fresh off of his win as 2020 Business Executive of the Year from IAOTP.

Jude Morrow

Jude Morrow is an autistic author, social worker, motivational speaker and advocate for all things Autism and Neurodiversity. Jude is the author of the globally acclaimed “Why Does Daddy Always Look So Sad?” – published by Beyond Words, publisher of The Secret. Jude has toured groups locally and internationally to show that autistic people can grow to live happy and successful lives. “As someone who people spent their time trying to change, I see it as my turn now! Attitudes, perceptions and prejudices need to change – not us!”

Kieran Kelly

Kieran is a successful tech entrepreneur working with organisations to deliver positive economic change through digital transformation. After spending almost two decades designing and delivering enterprise security solution for Government, Defence and Aerospace clients, Kieran has been focusing on the benefits of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and Blockchain to support and enhance supply chain security and asset management. For the past 6 years, he has developed and deployed working solutions for global brands across the food and beverage sector. Kieran White

Kieran is a 20 year old entrepreneur and environmental advocate based in London and the San Francisco Bay Area, passionate about solving the vital recycling and global waste problem our planet currently faces. He left high school simply wanting to be of use to the world and subsequently joined Tesla Motors at 18 after being rejected multiple times with no degree, making him at that time unofficially the youngest employee at the company. Over his 2 years he got the opportunity to travel, working on UK and European wide projects in key areas of rapid growth and scaling for the markets, receiving invaluable mentorship in the process. In addition to pitching his startup to Elon Musk’s team at HQ. To further his development and seek discomfort he left Tesla and joined the high growth startup Lasso Loop Recycling. Leading the companies launch and expansion in the Western Bay Area as they release their first product. Kieran has a keen interest in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology. He believes that anyone can be truly capable of anything if they put in the work and believe without limitation it is possible. Subsequently, he will work on the planets greatest problems to make the future an exciting and sustainable reality.

Pete Lonton

Mighty Pete Lonton from the ‘Mighty 247’ company, is a Mentor, Entrepreneur, Podcaster Coach, Property Investor, husband and father of 3 beautiful girls. Rachel Doherty

Rachel is active in the manufacturing and engineering community in Northern Ireland through her work with a range of industry bodies such as Manufacturing NI, the Mid and East Antrim Manufacturing Task Force, and other key stakeholder groups. She is also a key member of local social enterprise, 4C UR Future and is a Non Executive Director of ONUS, a company that provides awareness training to organisations to recognise and respond to domestic violence or abuse. Rachel has worked in the engineering and manufacturing sectors for 10 years and is an experienced business strategy, marketing, and communications professional. She is passionate about young people achieving their potential through opportunities presented by Industry 4.0 and is a self-described lifelong learning advocate. She is proud to own more books than anyone could hope to read in one lifetime.

Rioghnach Kavanagh

Rioghnach is a practising Barrister in Northern Ireland. Her practice is predominantly focused on family and criminal law. She is currently on The Attorney General’s Junior Barrister Panel. Born and raised in Derry, she has witnessed the social barriers that exist both within her hometown and nationally. With the risk of resources such as welfare support and access to justice being out of reach to the most vulnerable, the real consequences of this can already be seen. Her personal story that led to being Called to the Bar serves as a reminder that the most important tool you can give a person is opportunity. Access to justice is not for those going into the profession, but for any client to maintain their right to be fairly represented. By respecting and upholding the rights of others, we have the opportunity to provide for a more inclusive future.

Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams is an investor and Director in multiple businesses across the UK, Ireland and Central and Eastern Europe. His two main ventures Connected Health and Connected Talent deliver innovative and disruptive services in the traditional and ‘tired’ sectors of both homecare and recruitment. Working alongside a team of other local Directors and Investors Ryan has helped Connected Health to become the fastest growing Tech Enabled Homecare Company in the UK and Ireland growing from just 45 staff 7 years ago to a business now employing some 740 staff across the regions with a turnover in excess of £18 million. Ryan is a business mentor and Angel Investor investing in anywhere between 2 and 5 new businesses per year. Ryan established the North West’s first privately funded business incubator ‘The AMP’ and has recently secured a further site within the former Ebrington Barracks in the Waterside in Derry. Ryan is a Co-Founder of Your Derry and the LAB Fund platforms that celebrate and fund community positivity and the burgeoning entrepreneurial ecosystem in the City. Ryan is a failing Triathlete/Ironman and a keen Open Water Swimmer.

Seamus Fox

Seamus Fox is an entrepreneur and founder of Mindset Junkie Academy and Podcast, where he teaches self development and performance through behavioural change. Seamus came to behavioural change from working as a personal trainer with people from all walks of life – from losing excess weight all the way to pro international footballers and boxers. He was fascinated with the way disciplined athletes could take action on instruction without hesitations and wonder why this was not true for most people. Seamus’ study has taken him to the realisation that obstacles to change are not about knowledge, they’re about subconscious thinking patterns laid down in childhood that we barely notice, resulting in: low confidence, poor self-images and attitudes to money.
