In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Baraj Kohli

A conversationalist, Baraj is enthusiastic in his pursuit of developing a method we can all follow to improve the quality of our lives and how to preserve our planet. The rapid change occurring throughout the world on a daily basis has achieved a newfound speed and it includes all spheres of life whether it be technology, climate or communication.

Daphne Fabre

Daphne Fabre, a curious and inquisitive high school student, is seeking to unveil the future of our brain. She is very interested in using the brain’s plasticity to create a new horizon of humanity: superhumans. She strives to spread the message of how this new evolution of beta-humans, could create a whole new generation of happier, and healthier humans.

Leonard Vuylsteke

Leonard Vuylsteke is an advocate for worldwide discussions about modern problems and their solutions – and he is vocal about it. Recently, the climate change debate has intrigued him and he considers some important questions. Moreover, he delved into Bjørn Lomborg’s work and was fascinated with his cost-benefit analysis of climate change solutions. This venture inspired him to be vocal about his views on this topic.

Quddus Pativada

Quddus Pativada is a young student that aims to succeed, but the experiences he's had allow him to convey that success itself isn't the destination. He dives into the definition of success, and the differences between objective and subjective goals - an observation that would allow us not to look forward to the future, but instead to be in control of it.
