A hybrid Salon focused on "Self Expression" that included a fun, interactive, engaging virtual format.

Thought Activity:

· What picture from your personal collection would you contribute to JR’s project?
· Has a picture ever moved you to act?
· Have you used still images (without using words) to communicate?
· For the next 3 weeks, keep an eye out for images that strike your fancy (tv, print, phone, movies, scenes, other). Select one that stood out the most, then answer the following question:
o What about the image made you take notice?

Video Selections:

Find Your Voice - April Kline. April talks about helping people of all ages find the unique voice that emanates from the juncture where body, mind and spirit meet. When was a meaningful time in your life where you truly found your unique voice?
If you have 11 minutes:

Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable – Luvvie Ajayi. In this talk, Luvvie Ajayi shares three questions to ask yourself if you’re teetering on the edge of speaking up or quieting down: Did you mean it? Can you defend it? Did you say it with love?

The power of intention - Colleen McCulla. Colleen explores the power that daily intentional action has on transformation. Set a daily intention for yourself for the next 3 days. How does it make you feel? What does it change about your day?
