The event topics will range from education to data privacy, to facilitating safe airspace through drone protection. The ideas brought up at this event will be powerful and motivating. Hosted at doTERRA International with limited tickets, this will be a small and interconnected event with a chance to meet and associate with all speakers.

Daryl Kemsley

CEO of SelfStart
Born in Hong Kong just 24 years ago, Daryl Kemsley started in the business world as his company's nation-wide, number one new sales rep. His next and last job as someone's employee, he was a Mandarin-speaking customer service and sales rep for a leading company. This time he was number one rep company-wide for both new and seasoned reps. Daryl has an ability to look at a business model and turn it upside down, increasing company revenue and profitability by many fold. He has done this for several businesses, earning consulting fees and equity. He is now co-founder and CEO of SelfStart, a fintech company that has automated the funding process with machine learning technology. SelfStart's mission is simple, Pay It Forward, and he co-authored a best-selling book by that title with Brian Tracy. Kemsley is also Executive Producer of It's Happening Right Now, a documentary about human trafficking here in the United States. Both the book and the film will be released in the Fall of 2020.

Kristine Widtfeldt

Travelling Keynote Speaker
Kristine Widtfeldt is an effusive list maker, hopeful runner, and talk-with-her-hands leader. She's currently the CEO of the category-creating DIY decor company, Chalk Couture, headquartered in Draper, Utah. For more than 20 years, she's been a top executive in multiple consumer packaged goods companies, as well as service organizations in coaching, software, and education. She's ghostwritten more than a dozen books on topics ranging from nutrition to personal finance, she's appeared on the ABC national news show 20/20, and she is a popular keynote speaker. She's passionate about empowerment and goal setting, organization (see comment about list making) as well as cool vocabulary words and grammatical oddities. Some of her past favorite jobs include film critic, magazine editor, on-air broadcast talent, and advertising executive.Her proudest accomplishment is her part in the "Widtfeldt 5," which is her family of husband Pete and children Lauren, Connor, and Trey.

Luke Stancil

Student
Luke Stancil is a senior at Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy, where he is a front runner for Valedictorian and a member of student council. A US Presidential Scholar candidate and National Merit Scholar Finalist, Luke has dedicated himself to learn as much as he can, partly because he lives with a subset of obsessive-compulsive disorder called Existential OCD. One of Luke's non-academic passions is music. Since the third grade , Luke has played the guitar, writing and singing songs, some of which he thinks are good enough to publish to his YouTube channel. Luke spends his free time working on an app he plans to release to the public in late 2020. Luke taught himself how to code Swift and Python. Luke plans to major in Economics and a form of engineering in college.

Michael Proper

CEO of ClearUnited
The past 25 years, Michael has started and grown numerous successful companies in the IT sector. Prior to founding ClearCenter (a Hybrid IT Operating Platform), he started DirectPointe (an IT services company, purchased by Hewlett Packard) and DPFS (an IT leasing company) which has funded more than $140 million in IT infrastructure. Infrastructure . He also helped launch and establish Jive & Calculated Research & Technology. Michael is a creator and knows how to produce results by rounding-up great teams and helping them to focus on simple yet measurable, transparent goals. In addition, Michael has successfully acquired & integrated many great IT companies including iTOK, Center7, STI, System Works, S3, Witsbits, Minebox, Kailo Energy, BH TeleHealth, Daplie. He is a husband, father of 6, entrepreneur, IT Leader, wannabe photographer, and Kiwi.

Shannon Cannon

Educator
Shannon Cannon comes from a family of educators, including her grandmother, both her parents, and four siblings. For her, teaching is a mission rather than a job. Shannon graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in education and has completed graduate work at George Wythe University and Utah Valley University. Along the way, she educated her own children and hundreds of others in all kinds of settings including public school, home school, co-ops, and charter schools. Shannon currently teaches U.S. history and English at Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy where she enjoys incorporating the principles of classical, liberal arts education into her classroom. The power of digging into classics to discover and apply principles has become not just a career for her, but a way of life. She believes that the “arts of freedom” are vital if we are to maintain a virtuous and healthy society and world. She and her supportive and comedic husband, Doug, are the parents of nine children.

Timothy Bean

CEO of Fortem Technologies
Tim is the Chief Executive Officer of Fortem Technologies, bringing more than 25 years of global executive experience successfully building businesses and technology startups in Silicon Valley. Before founding Fortem Technologies Inc., in May 2016, Tim transitioned from vice president of engineering at his previous company to sales, providing strategic oversight for all programs and services with global reseller partners in Japan and throughout the world. Prior to that, Tim served as VP/General Manager at NextHop, a proprietary technology licensing company from academia that expedited the industry transition from circuit to IP communications. Before NextHop, Tim served as executive vice president of Engineering at Shomiti Systems, where he spearheaded a team that leveraged unique disruptive ASIC technology to build award-winning products for the largest enterprises in the world.
