Al Khalil Al Riyami is a Business Analyst at Oman Post Company and being part in its transformation since 2017. Mr. Al Riyami brings 3 years of experience spanning industries such as; Logistic and transportation, Product designs and Manufacturing, Oil and Gas industry. In less than two years, he played a role in building a sufficient transport network, increase the productivity and efficiency of the sorting facility, re-designing cost effective outlets network, and last-mile delivery capability around Oman.He is passionate, former instructor, and specialized in the field of 3D printing. Mr. Al Riyami graduated with a degree in Mechanical engineering and minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, USA, 2017

This was the third consecutive time that he was on a stage at that level, inspiring an audience of over1000.He has been using his passion for public speaking and creative writing to conduct training workshops, motivational talks, skill building and creativity enhancement initiatives.

Sunil D’souza is a CEO of Oman’s largest travel management company Travel Point Oman LLC - Travel consortium. He has spent three decades in Gulf region working for Airlines & Travel Management companies.He has a MBA in marketing from Caroline university, and has worked on many path-breaking projects taking business to greater heights.At Travel Point he started call center & B2B business portal. He further developed a B2B business portal for young Omani business entrepreneurs as part of the corporate social responsibility and to create business eco-system for aspiring Omani’s who wanted to set up their own travel business. He is a yoga enthusiast and an avid mountain climber/hiker, Golfer and has interests in environmental protection/conservation projects, worked on various charities to help needy, helping women prisoners with children travel back home was one of his previous CSR projects in a GCC country.
