Theme: Diversity – the importance of being different?

Our world is full of contrasts, opposites and contradictions in various fields: in social life, in nature, in cultural behaviour or in business affairs.

With our third TEDx-event in Metzingen, we aim to discuss how diversity helps us to think out of the box and get inspired by new impulses, but also how differences in our thinking obstruct our view on new ideas or interesting discussions.

What can we learn from other cultures, new markets or a changing nature? How can we exceed limits in our heads? Being open minded is one thing, but to deal with it is something completely different.
