Gemma Acreman

blogger
Hi, I’m Gemma – and I am a grateful alcoholic in recovery. I will sincerely share my toxic affair with alcohol, my rock bottom and my recovery. It is so hard to not drink in a culture where there is alcohol advertised absolutely everywhere, often produced by companies who don’t even manufacture alcohol and almost always aimed directly at women – especially us Mum’s. I am not campaigning for total abstinence from alcohol for anyone who has a healthy relationship with it but for a smarter, more responsible message for ourselves and our children.
