Our locally-planned event will feature both live speakers and previously-recorded TEDx talks to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.

Gary Foote

Finance Manager
Gary Foote is the Senior Finance Manager for Janssen, Athens Georgia. He is responsible for all financial aspects that touch the site. He sits on the Site Leadership team, manages a team of two Senior Analysts and supports the finances for products covering two different J&J sectors. Gary holds a bachelor’s in accounting, a Masters of Business Administration, a CMA certification and prior to working for two fortune 500 corporations, served his country for 10 years in the US Air Force. Gary is exceedingly passionate about supporting his business partners, educating whoever he can on what he knows and being a value-added member on every team he has the opportunity to be on.

Matt Kuwamoto

Production Planner & Scheduler
Matt Kuwamoto is a Senior Production Planner responsible for leading the strategic end-to-end planning and analytics of three absorbable suture product lines across the Ethicon GA Campus. With over 5 years of military experience and as a graduate of the United States Military Academy, Matt is passionate about leadership and self-development as a means to be able to contribute to the organization as a whole and serve a larger purpose.

Monique Sanders

Project Engineer
Monique Sanders is a Project Engineer at Janssen Pharmaceutical, Inc. responsible for leading multiple capital project/asset management initiatives. She also supports the Diversity & Inclusion program for the JJSC GA Campus. Monique holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biological Engineering and Business Administration with over eleven years of experience working in the agrochemical, medical device and pharmaceutical fields. She is enthusiastic about merging her technical expertise with corporate social responsibility efforts to engage youth in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) focused careers.

Susan Daniel

Microbiologist
Susan Daniel is a Senior Microbiologist at Johnson & Johnson where she is responsible for ensuring patient safety and product quality for medical devices and pharmaceutical active ingredients. She has been with the company for 22 years and has worked in their medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer sectors. Susan holds a Bachelor’s in Cellular Biology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Biotechnology from Harvard University. She strongly believes in living life to the fullest and taking advantage of all opportunities thrown her way so she can continue to grow.
