What does it really mean to be "Alive"? How do Ideas come Alive and with what do they remain?
We explore the state of being alive as it concerns different fields. It seems we humans are still evolving in understanding what it truly means to be Alive.
Come join our speakers as they unravel their stories and ideas sparking up lives and flames in bizarre places.

Andikan Imah

Entrepreneur and Business Coach
Andikan is a practicing Entrepreneur and Engineer. She is a member of SheLeads Nigeria, TIC Incubators Hub, NASME, and many other bodies. She started her business because of the passion she has about solving problems. Her own path was fraught with trial and error. Over time, she started to help people around her get fit and avoid the mistakes she did. The personal training business that she started in her apartment blossomed into a business training center with four coaches. She now has a foothold in the market, but wants so much more.

Chioma Chukwu Ezedi

Technologist, Founder of STEMTeers and Trainer
A TechWomen Fellow and Social Entrepreneur, Chioma coaches Girl to code for the international Technovation Challenge. She founded STEMTeers, that connects and engages young learners who hope to gain practical skills in their chosen STEM career paths and inspire them to create innovative solutions for their communities. The project has reached over 500 students in over 21 Secondary Schools in Bauchi State. The STEMTeers project also launched the maiden edition of the inov8 Competition for Secondary Schools in 2019 with the theme "Waste Recycling " which showcased inspiring ideas of young students of what is possible with waste. Chioma as a TechWomen Fellow, was mentored at Mozilla Corporation San Francisco. She launched the Mozilla Campus Club in ATBU and she is focused on increasing STEM community solutions in Nigeria. She is also a mentor with the Student Business Leadership (SBL) Academy (www.sbl.com.ng).

Chukwuemeka Amadi

Chukwuemeka is an Accountant by Study, a Storyteller by Hobby, and a Growth Hacker by Calling. He is experienced in Business Consulting, Sales Strategy, Educational Marketing and Storytelling. He is an alumnus with the Fate Foundation, and a Fellow with British Council Enterprise.

Goodness John Agu

Entrepreneur
Biochemist with over three years of experience in Content Development for Educational Learning Tools. A STEM volunteer, ideation coach, educator and writer. Founder of LearnX. Awardee of Youngstars Foundation and Tony Elumelu Foundation.

Jamila Idris

Life and Business Strategist
Jamila is an emotional intelligence and communication expert who specializes in self awareness, relationships and spirituality. She helps women and organizations position themselves for growth through sustainable relationships and effective communication. She has taught and coached over a thousand five hundred (1,500) people how to become better communicators from January 2019 till date. She believes effective communication and the right relationships to be the shortest distance between where we are and where we want to be. As development worker, she has handled projects on peace building, conflict resolution, HIV/AIDS and climate action. She's the founder and executive director of Hanan Initiative for Women and Youth, a community based Non-Profit focused on building a sustainable, clean ecosystem and eradicating poverty through education, empowerment and advocacy.

Martins Iji

Research enthusiast and Developmental Scientist
A Research enthusiast, and a Developmental Scientist who has great interest in the growth and advancement of society through creative innovation. Martins is passionate about causing change in the minds of young people who, he believes, hold the key to the future of this world. An Industrial Chemist with Master’s Degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Martins has successfully developed biodegradable plastics, foams and many other polymeric materials in the course of his academic research, thereby contributing to the bank of knowledge and educational resources in the field of polymer and renewable energy. Martins Iji has served in and led many youth organizations. He currently serves as President of the board of Campus Aflame Fellowship, overseeing its presence in 10 tertiary institutions across West Africa.

Mustapha Ango

Co-Founder, UpLift Hub and CEO, Mustee's Clothing
Two things makes Mustapha fulfilled; sewing cloths that makes people feel good about themselves and helping others grow by inspiring them to do those things that inspires them. Based in Bauchi, Nigeria, he runs a Fashion House Mustee’s Clothing and inspires the next generation of garment markers with his “I’m sew Powerful Project” He also Co-Founded and directs the Entrepreneurship Center of non-profit organization, Uplift Nigeria that fosters learning, creates founders and empowers members of our community using technology and entrepreneurship.

Oluwatosin Olabode

Suicide Prevention Advocate, Public Speaker, Poet and Author
Founder of Strengthening Society Today Foundation - a youth led nonprofit that bridges the gap between those that need help and those that can help. They’re a confluence of idealism and reality. Their area of interest include SDG 03 & 04, specifically Mental Health (Suicide Prevention activities) and Counselling (Guidance & Counselling activities) respectively, and Youth Empowerment. He is the convener of the Emotional Man Group - a multi-channel organization that highlights the importance of a mentally stable man- one that is complete and unperturbed by societal standards to be human. This is done by harnessing the power of monitoring, mentorship and responsibility. He is also the convener of the Gospel Poetry Movement- a platform that seeks to glorify God using poetry. Oluwatosin is a Bible Teacher, Suicide Prevention Advocate, Public Speaker, Poet, and Author of Three books. His fourth book, To Love not to Love is billed to be published before the end of the year.

Rudolph Adidi

Poet and Spoken Word Artist
Rudolph Adidi (Ruddapoet) is a poet, graphic designer, teacher, guitarist, writer, spoken word performer and a graduate of Architecture from the University of Jos. He has some of his works published on some e-magazines and journals including wordup, ebarts.org, africanwriter.com. Once featured on Bagus Mutendi's SePOETember poets in Nigeria, Rudolph Adidi has won multiple awards for his performances across the country such as Abuja Literary Society (ALS) Poetry Slam competition, Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) poetry competition, JOGAMA awards for best spoken word artiste of the year. Born in the hills of Central Nigeria in Jos, Plateau State, Rudolph is one of the co-authors of the poetry collection "83:03:17" which was published as an e-book in February 2017. He's an Architect with a countenance of a writer. On the stage he is known for his appearance with the red cap which has made him to be known as ‘The Red Cap Poet’.

Samuel Famolu

Trainer for leading organizations in Nigeria such as Google, Eco Bank, Nigerian Law school, Cars45, Access(Diamond) Bank, Oriflame Sweden, AWEP, Sterling Bank, Facebook, The Fellowship, Nigerian Bar Association, amongst others. Samuel works towards solving the problem of huge unemployment in Africa and a life commitment to train passionately on Digital Skills and help businesses navigate the demands of the 4th Industrial Revolution. He has trained over 17,000 people on topics like Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Brand Positioning, Digital Evangelism, Online Safety, Web Design, Digital Strategy, Human Rights... He has developed competence in areas such as Cyber Security, Data Privacy, CMS, Google Analytics, Digital Strategy, Facebook Blueprint, Social/Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Project Management, Leadership and Investment. He has received awards and nominations such as Star Trainer, Leadership Excellence, Nominee Under 30 CEO and several others.

Seun Onarinde

Youth Leader
A passionate Youth Leader with over 9 years of experience in development work, project design and management, policy development, advocacy, Community development service and robust reporting and media skills targeted at creating a consolidated democracy, cultural assimilation, inclusive education in Northern Nigeria. Senior Programme Officer in Leadtots and Human Development Services managing the largest Student Leaders’ Democratic leadership building programme in the North-East called “DE Watson Leadership Academy” for student Union Leaders of Tertiary Institutions. Chief Executive Officer of Young Leaders Network (YLN) in Bauchi; an Organization which operates to strengthen the capacity of out of school youth and women to participate in politics in Northeast Nigeria. He successfully led YLN to host the first Inter-party Youth and Civil Society Forums in Alkaleri, Kirfi, Bogoro and Dass LGA of Bauchi State.
